La Perla de Cala d'Or

We were told we were in Villa 10 - this was dirty, with unmade beds, and had a bad smell. We were then told we were actually in Villa 9 - this was also dirty with unmade beds. Two hours after we arrived we finally moved into Villa 8, which was clean but had an ant infestation in the downstairs bathroom and double bedroom. The tap and light in the upstairs bathroom did not work, and there were no high chairs or cribs despite having rqeuested two. The TV only played radio stations, there was no dishwasher, no charcoal for the outside barbecue, only three sunbeds for a villa with five bedrooms, and no outdoor tennis court. The location is great - we stayed at the same complex but in a different villa in 2018 (booked through a different provider and with a different host) and were excited to go back, but this trip fell well short of our expectations. One other plus is that we have now seen four of the ten villas on the complex, so know of at least three to avoid in future.
