This place is a gem. It is well situated, lovely, cozy and clean. The staff are outstanding in their kindness and helpfulness. If you are going to the beach, they even offer towels! Without a doubt, I would go back.

The apartment was lovely, and ideal for our family of four. The location was perfect, very close to the old town but not noisy. And the staff were super-friendly and helpful.

Good location - close to old town center and most restaurants / attractions. Many bus stops nearby. Room is on the smaller side, but there is an open table in the common area that is useful to sit on and use my laptop. Bring your own shower set since there is barely a liquid soap provided.

We were fortunate to have the opportunity to stay in this property. The suite fits our needs as a family of 4. The communication before, during, and after was excellent. Thank you Legazpi Doce for a wonderful stay!

Great location, staff so friendly, I was traveling alone with a toddler and they went above and beyond to help us, would not hesitate to return to this hotel

This is a bare bones apart-hotel in the heart of San Sebastián. You can’t beat the location and we walked all over the city from the hotel there is a bakery downstairs and many good restaurants all within a stones throw . The best thing about this hotel was the staff . We have to thank Matias , Ariana and Oskar for the great information they provided us with . They are available for your questions about the city . Here are some things you need to know before you stay here . The coffee machine is downstairs in the lobby . So we had to go downstairs to make our morning beverages . It would have been great to have our own machine . When we arrived there was no hot water and the washing machine didn’t work properly . However the staff was able to fix both quickly and we enjoyed hot showers after that . The room we stayed in had a kichenette and it did have a kettle in it . For the price point I think it was a bit expensive however San Sebastián itself is more expensive than the rest of Spain . The room we had accommodated 3 people with two twin beds and a pull out couch . Overall we enjoyed our stay in San Sebastián and would recommend this apartment hotel to others visiting San Sebastián .

Can't say enough great things about this little gem of a hotel. The staff are so friendly (and speak fluent English). The room had nice cold air conditioning, was new and hip, and had a nice little balcony. They had the sofa bed already made up for our kids. Excellent location, close to the bay and to the old town. Wish we could have stayed a lot longer!!

Our stay at this hotel could not have been more perfect. We had a very warm welcome the moment we walked in and had a flawless check in process. The attendant even went over many of the popular eateries, districts, and neighborhoods with us (all pretty much in walking distance which was super nice). We took the bus from Bilbao and the hotel was only a 10 minute walk to the hotel. As it was centrally located, there was plenty to do and see for the three nights we stayed there. We had nice weather on one of the days we were there so we decided to go to the beach, and the front desk offers/loans beach towels! The room itself was very clean and organized; perfect size for two people. Having a fridge was also nice to keep any liquids/beverages cold. The bathroom was also extremely clean and very nice. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to San Sebastián and would undoubtedly book here if I were to return on a future trip.

This was perfectly located very close to but just outside old town. Easy access to amazing bars, food, shopping and that gorgeous beach, without the late night noise and crowds. Room was clean and lovely, staff were attentive and helpful. I'll definitely stay here again when I return to San Sebastian.

The hotel is well located. Staff was friendly. The only thing is that hot water runs out super fast. Family of four, after the first had the first shower, there was no hot water left.

Room was good but we were in the front of the hotel. So it was noisy at night.
