This is a full apartment, one bedroom, living room and full kitchen. Balconies overlooking the plaza in the heart of old town Valencia. Modern, clean and well appointed. No manager onsite. They will give you the access code to the building and to the apartment key. Apartment is in a pedestrian area. If driving, do not follow Google maps, it will send you into restricted pedestrian areas. Locate the nearest parking garage and walk from there, It will be about a 10 minute walk.

Went to Valencia during the festival of Falles. The hotel staff communicated prior to our trip to make sure we knew the celebrations would extend into the night. I really appreciated their clear communication. The room was more like an apartment (with a kitchen etc) than a hotel room. Easy walking distance to a lot of interesting attractions. Very English-friendly.

Loved the neighborhood, and this big quiet apartment. We were shocked at how great a location this was. Other than the construction noise during the day on the building next door it was extremely quiet. Well appointed, but a few imperfections. Huge bath tub, but small hot water tank, meant the baths never happened. Washing machine had no spin cycle, so we washed out clothes but squeezed out by hand and dried slowly over a few days. Few international TV channels. Basically the music channel. Clean, but the floor was a bit dusty and behind the toilet could use more attention. Despite these small annoyance we'd return and recommend.

We arrived during the last day of Las Fallas and our room was not yet ready. The staff in the office was very helpful however. I should also add that the office was initially hard to find. The room itself was an apartment and was very roomy. The furniture was a little tired but the bed was very comfortable. The location was excellent being steps away from the market and within walking distance of most sights.

It was a wonderful 2 week stay in every aspect. Living Valencia provided very nice, comfortable accomodadations within easy walking distance of just about anything you wanted or needed to see. The Central Market is less than a block away, and there is a small express supermarket is just a little over a block away. Ten minute walk to the Cathedral, and more restaurants that you can imagine in any direction you choose to walk. We considsidered other apartments and hotels, but we are so happy we settled on Living Valencia. It is locatwd in the heart of the city that has so much character.

The Living Valencia is on a small square in a nice location in central Valencia. We were allowed to check in early, which was big help to us. Having an apartment with a kitchen was also an advantage. The only negative issues were that the sofa bed was not very comfortable (springs seemed damaged), the bathroom door did not fully shut, and the air conditioning was not very effective.

Lovely apartment, clean & a great location. However, on our second night - our key cards stopped working so we could not enter our apartment. We ran the emergency 24 hour number..... and no one answered.... We rang 10 times.... there was nothing we could do, but we went to a hotel (luckily we found one at 1am!!) for the night. When the office opened the following morning, they were very apologetic & offered to refund us the cost of our hotel. The person ‘on call’ did not answer the phone. It was a difficult situation- Pablo in the office was very understanding and helpful.

Ok, so the apartment was basic, but the staff were brilliant. Everything was so close to hand, it made up for everything else. So much to see and do. Walked over 60k in the week we were there. Didn’t get time to hire bikes! The old river walk is a must do, fascinating.

We had a wonderful time in Valencia. The city is beautiful, they were playing a world cup tennis match, Germany vs Spain so there were lots of people. Our apartment was quite large and comfortable with many amenities. Claudio met us even though we arrived on the weekend, very helpful and courteous. Do not miss walking by the beach and port.

Loved Valencia, and really pleased we stayed at Living Valencia Edificio Apartments. They were perfect for our requirements. I would stay here again, and would certainly recommend them to anybody. Just one slight flaw, was the toilet cistern had an annoying leak, however I stress this did not affect our enjoyment of these apartments. For location they are perfect, 1 min from Central Market, and only 10 mins from Xativa Metro Station.
