It was perfect

Fabulous hotel. Great bed to sleep and lovely room furnishings. Beautiful views from our room. The staff are so welcoming and friendly, and the breakfast was delicious.

The property is ideally located adjacent to the cathedral and the historic buildings. The staff, from receptionists to room service, are all very friendly, slimly and helpful. Breakfast is good, Bus transportation, restaurants, shopping all nearby, no need for costly taxis. The property has no glassing for sound proofing, therefore expect noise from the cobble street, Cars, road services machinery, beer bar adjacent to the hotel and general public visiting the cathedral. Light sleepers beware. No tea making facility in the room or a stocked bar. Water is provided every day. The staff will provide you with a kettle if you ask.

Staff are friendly, helpful and competent. Speak good English. Room was a little on small side, but very nice, very clean, stylish, comfortable. Fantastic shower. Would have liked an English-speaking channel that wasn’t a news channel. Would be useful if they provided kettle and mugs in room without having to ask. Hotel breakfast delicious with varied options. Location is fantastic - middle of the historic old town, lovely cathedral, museums and gallery, nice restaurants, bars, cafes, great food market all on the doorstep. Main shopping streets for fashion, necessities and a wonderful gelataria/patisserie 10 minutes walk. Cantera beach 10 min bus ride. Bus station with good bus system for the whole island close by.

The hotel was nice. The location was very, very nice, but it was loud in the morning, lots of people screaming, and door slamming. Overall, very nice.

Se oye mucho ruido de la calle pero todo lo demás estupendo!

kein gutes Hotel. zwar neu renoviert. aber nicht gut. Zimmer eher unterdurchschnittlich. Sauberkeit nicht optimal. Bereits bauliche Defekte durch zum Beispiel falsche Ausführung : Dusche. Wasser läuft raus , lässt neue Fussleisten aufquellen. Frühstück ist unterdurchschnittlich. kein Buffet, sondern kleine Auswahl von Gerichten mit eher unterdurchschnittlichen Qualität. Getränke aus dem Automaten. Zu ähnlichem Preis kann man im Suites 1478 oder Cordial ein wirklich emblematisches Erlebnis haben. Warum habe ich gebucht ? Während der Sanierung mehrmals daran vorbeigelaufen und auf was schönes Neues gehofft. Leider richtig enttäuscht. Buche nicht nochmal. war enttäuschend

Neat boutique-hotel, nice breakfast. Little noicy with old windows against the street, and indoors against the hallway, but no big deal.

Fint rom og meget god frokost. Veldig sentralt. Men det var en ting som ikke var bra. Når jeg kom på rommet etter renhold så hadde de ikke lukket døren helt. Så egentlig kunne hvem som helst ha kommet seg inn på rommet vårt.

Ligger perfekt. Fin morgenmad. Meget venligt personale.

Blev mødt med hjælpsomhed, godt humør og god rundvisning. Næste morgen god morgenmad serveret med et smil

Utmärkt hotell, perfekt läge i gamla stan, mycket vänlig personal och supergod frukost. Vi bodde i så kallat ett interior room, mycket tyst med väldigt skön säng. Plus för kylskåp på rummet. Fråga i receptionen om vattenkokare så ordnar de det. Allt toppen!

Fint hotel centralt i Vegueta bydelen. Lækre værelser (vores dog med håndvask i værelset og ikke på badeværelset). God seng. Noget lydt. Lækker tilberedt morgenmadsmenu. Venligt og hjælpsomt personale. Kan anbefales.

Prima hotel op de beste plek van Las Palmas stad

Hotel très bien situé au coeur de la vieille ville. Accueil agréable et souriant. Petits déjeuners très bons, servis à table. Possibilité de garer une voiture dans un parking à proximité (5 mn à pied environ pour 12 € par jour). Un peu difficile à trouver...

Väldigt fint och bra hotell. Litet och gemytligt. Extremt bra frukost! Ligger centralt och bra till bussar och de finaste kvarteren i Las Palmas. Enda negativa var att det lät väldigt mycket ut mot gatan, men det fanns öronproppar på hotellrummet.

Wir hatten im Zeitraum von Weihnachten bis nach Neujahr gebucht und waren im Zimmer Nr. 102 im 1. Stock untergebracht. Über die anderen Zimmer des Hotels können wir nichts sagen aber unser Zimmer war eine Katastrophe. Das Zimmer hatte eigentlich nur 3 Wände. Die 4. Seite des Zimmers (ca. 8 m lang) bestand aus einer mit innen angebrachten Holzläden verschlossen Seite. In der oberen Hälfte der Seitenfront waren hinter den Holzläden tatsächlich Glasfenster. Öffnete man die untenliegenden Holzläden, so sah man direkt ins Freie. Es gab dort keine Wand und auch keine Fenster. Der Lärm und der Geruch von der Straße drangen durch die dünnen und undichten Holzläden ungedämpft ins Zimmer. Man schlief sozusagen auf der Straße. Es war schlichtweg unerträglich. Wohlweislich lagen im Zimmer Ohrstöpsel und Schlafmasken bereit. Wäre in Las Palmas nicht alles ausgebucht gewesen, hätten wir sofort das Hotel gewechselt.

In Centro Historico, could not have ask for a better place to stay... amazing!!!!
