The apartment is a little tricky to find, only because we do not speak Spanish and the entrance is not on the street, but down a very short kind of alley. The kitchen had typical appliances, plus electric kettle for hot water. It does not supply instant coffee or creamer. There is a washing machine and detergent, no dryer. But, a large drying rack is in closet. Beds slept great. The hot water runs out fast in bathroom. The apt is in a wonderful location for walking, shopping, and eating. It is secure behind 2 locked metal gates and your individual door. A great set up.

Sparkling clean room. The property management sent mus the instruction how to check in as we arrived by midnight and there's no on-site concierge/reception desk. The accommodation is equipped with an elevator.
It is located right at the heart of the downtown and walking distance from several historical sites and many coffee shops and restaurants/bars. Although our room faced street, but we barely heard anything and had a nice sleep!
The apartment has basic cooking tools and amenities.

We stayed as a family of 4 (all adults) in a 2-bedroom apartment at Mon Suites San Martin and it was perfect! The location is great, right by Plaza de la Reina - easily walkable to all attractions in the Old Town. The building is very secure (outer locked gate, inner locked main door) and really convenient to everything - and the apartment itself is very clean/well-sized. The reception staff at the Mon Suites Catedral (just a few mins walk from Mon Suites San Martin) is also very friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again during a future visit to Valencia - highly recommend!

It was first a bit stressful because we hadn't seen that we only had up to 9 o'clock in the night to collect the keys which was under an other direction. But when we did get there they were still open and very helpful!!
The apartment was excellent, location also, we really enjoyed and definitely will come back!

Accommodation was exactly as depicted in the description and photos. Fantastic location with so much on the doorstep in terms of sites, bars and restaurants. I would definitely recommend and would stay again. Reception was really helpful and resolved a couple of initial queries we had very efficiently.

The property was in a fantastic location, felt extremely safe and secure in the property which included a safe. Everything was immaculately clean, modern and well maintained. Communication was very effective at all times and, although there is no reception on site, the office/reception is just a few minutes walk and contact phone numbers are provided too. I can think of no negatives.

We stayed in the 3 bed penthouse for 4 nights and it was excellent although you need to prefer a very firm mattress to be comfortable here. Right in front of the Cathedral in the old town and within walking distance of many of Valencia’s famous sights. The tourist bus starts across the road in Placa de la Reina, there’s a taxi rank and car park there too and there are dozens of restaurants and bars close by. The Bioparc and Aquarium are well worth a visit but the weather was bad so no trips to the beaches for us this time (October 2018). Avoid public events as the roads are closed and transport becomes difficult and many of the shops are closed on sundays.
Expedia say there is nothing to pay for the apartment before arrival, however this isn’t the case as I received a telephone call from Valenciaflats 2 days before arrival requesting full payment. English is spoken by just about everyone so there is no issue with the language or translation.

The smoke alarm needed a new battery, so it kept beeping. We unhooked it. The vestibule to the outside near the front door to the apartment had not been cleaned in some time, so it was quite smelly. Please supply a broom.
