Great location. The attention and support provided by staff was outstanding, very helpful.

Spotlessly clean. Very comfortable. Nice decor. It was a sanctuary from the 39 heat outside and a nice place to return to after exploring the wonderful sights of Granada. Communication was easy. We felt very well taken care of. The Palatina staff made reservations for us at excellent restaurants and were very helpful arranging taxis. This was one of our favorite hotels in our month long travels in Spain. We would absolutely return.

Amazing location. Host was extremely helpful and accommodating. Bed seemed new but was a little too firm for us. Otherwise perfect stay.

Our stay was amazing! Katherina greeted us outside to help us with the parking and the checking, she made our dinner reservation and assisted us with our departure! Exceptional hospitality! The room was beautiful and loved the rooftop patio! I would recommend 100%!

It’s was wonderful! This property had absolutely everything you could ever imagine!! Everything plus it was so comfy and lovely and brand new. Each bedroom had queen beds, tv’s (streaming included) and en-suite bathrooms. Free laundry on the first floor. Ideal location in the heart of old Granada. The host, Katherine was perfect and responded almost immediately to every question- plus she gave great recc’s for to do’s and eating. Thee best stay ever!

Had a lovely stay at Palatino Concept Suite, very stylish and modern apartment with all mod cons and perfect location on a quiet street right in the center of town, about 5 minutes from cathedral square. Our host was super responsive and helped with everything from parking arrangements, to booking dinner! My only small gripe was that the sound insulation between floors let a fair bit of noise through.

It was a beautiful apartment in a great area. Communication was amazing. Would recommend to everyone.

The room (remodeled a couple years ago) was excellent, clean and comfortable. The room had a balcony and wrap around windows opening out onto a couple beautiful streets of Granada. Think modern amenities right in the heart of Granada. Katherina, our host, went above and beyond in accommodating us and even helping to book a show and ride. We stayed in 6 different hotels on this trip and this one was the best by far.

Catherine was amazing at communicating esp. with regards to parking. We stayed in the Nazari room with the terrace. The room is tastefully decorated and comfortable. Enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful room/apartment, lovely area, but the best part was our hostess. She was delightful, very welcoming and communicative. Helped arrange for us to see a flamenco show and got us reservations at a wonderful restaurant. She is fantastic!

Excellent hotel. Patios were lovely. Room was spacious and comfortable, all amenities in room. Staff was very inviting and polite and accommodating in everything. Great landing spot just on the fringe of old town for easy in/out in car, easy walking distance to the good old town.

Great place to stay with outdoor jacuzzi! Location was perfect next to shops, restaurants, easy to get to all major attractions. Room was quiet and comfortable with lots is space! Katherine was so helpful with my stay. You can use WhatsApp to easily communicate with host.

Fantastic city, great location. Nice manager, access to a washing machine. Weird that the toilet is essentially in the bedroom with no door, thus no privacy. Odd even if alone. If not, super awkward.

Overall, the property is excellent. Beautiful decoration, modern facilities, fully equipped including washer/dryer in a common area. Katherina was reachable and helped us with everything we needed during our 4 days stay. You could literally walk to almost to all the main places, with many restaurants nearby. The Presidential Apartment, Terrace (Nazarí) room was advertised as having a queen size bed. For me that is a must. After booking, I exchanged messages with Javier who assured me that the room had a queen size bed. Upon arrival I was told again that it was a queen size mattress. That was not correct. I'm 6'2 (245 pounds) and my feet hanged off the mattress. My wife and I were really uncomfortable. I have a queen size bed at home, so I really know what I'm talking about. The toilet, shower and bed were next to each other with no real separation or door. I've been to Europe several times before and I know that properties are small. However, there was always at least a glass door to afford some sort of privacy while using the toilet. There was no drawer nor a place to place your luggage. We had to place ours on the floor or the sofa. I can't grant the property 5 stars. I'm sure that there are a lot of folks with an equal or bigger size than me who need correct property disclosures. A proper rating would be 4.5 stars. Since that is not possible, I grant only 4.

My wife and I stayed here on one leg of our honeymoon and it was absolutely incredible. The room was thoughtfully designed and modern with a very comfortable bed. The property manager, Katherina, was friendly and communicative throughout our stay, giving us many fantastic suggestions for our itinerary and setting us up with a phenomenal private tour of the Alhambra. Everything about this stay was above and beyond. We will happily stay here again if we find ourselves back in the wonderful city of Granada!

Absolutely loved our stay! The room was gorgeous, and the entire property is perfectly located in the city center. The small pool/hot tub on our balcony was perfect for relaxing at the end of a long day exploring Alhambra. A wonderfully comfortable, BEAUTIFUL accommodation for visiting the many sites Granada has to offer. The parking was a bit challenging for us (we aren’t used to driving in the lovely, but very narrow labyrinthine streets) but the hotel manager went above and beyond and helped us to the parking garage.Truly exceptional service and communication! For those not used to this type of driving, parking outside city center is ample and you can take one of the many convenient taxis to the location. Would absolutely recommend staying at this luxurious and charming hotel when visiting Granada!
