Petit Palace Santa Cruz

From check in we were made to feel so welcome. Amina was lovely and even suggested a couple of local places for a light meal prior to visiting the Cathedral. The room was lovely. Spacious and quiet. Good to have a kettle for a morning cuppa and the provision of free coffee and water in the restaurant all afternoon and evening as well as flavoured water and pastries in the afternoon were great extra touches. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend a stay here. Right in the heart of the old city.

Very good hotel

Excellent customer service - printed documents for me, made recommendations for dining, entertainment. Room was spacious, good amenities, very eco friendly. The room I stayed in had a queen bed and a bunk bed so would be good for a family. I would stay here again and recommend

A Fantastic Stay – Warm Welcome and Stylish Comfort I stayed here for just one night, but it was truly an excellent experience from start to finish. Upon arrival, I was greeted with a warm and genuinely friendly welcome by Rubén at the reception — such a great first impression! The room was spotless, very functional, and tastefully designed with a modern, stylish touch. I especially appreciated the hotel's attention to ecology, which added to the overall positive feeling of the stay. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, ensuring a great night’s sleep, and the breakfast in the morning was simply delightful. There was a good variety of fresh options, and the dining room manager was just as friendly and attentive as the rest of the staff. The only minor downside for me was the surrounding neighborhood, which felt a bit less inviting in the evening compared to other parts of Seville. That said, it could have just been a personal impression, and it didn't take away from the quality of the stay. Overall, this hotel really impressed me, and I would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for comfort, great service, and thoughtful details during their time in Seville.

Great location, room average, few facilities, dreadful bathroom. Glass cube in the corner of the room gives absolutely zero privacy. Fine for one person.
