Clean and very nice, great communication from host

Parking was just down the street. Had our fridge stocked with milk and juice. Just down the street from the plaza. Water heater is small so we ran out when all 4 of us were showering one after the other

Good staff and beautiful place

Lovely place. Steps from the central square. Only thing I would add is that it is an apartment, not a hotel. You will need to get access codes from the management. Expedia system failed badly - I couldn’t respond to message from the manager. Note the phone number if you need to contact them. Fault lied fully with Expedia.

Bit hard to drive to in old town . Complicated arrival by recent bullfighting festival that closed streets. However very efficient phone calls and rendezvous with staff got us there and parked nearby. Superb location 100 yards from main square. Very comfortable beds in two separate rooms. All great

Very comfortable four-room suite with full climate control, daily light housekeeping, welcoming staff. The property is just a few steps from Plaza Mayor, with a lot of restaurants and shops in the area. The imposing castle in a short climb, and from there the view is spectacular in all directions. Be aware that the old city is auto-restricted with some extremely narrow streets, and it is quite possible to drive oneself into problem spots that you will need to back out of. There is no hotel parking as such but there is some free parking 5-7 minutes walk away and an option to buy parking from a nearby hotel for €5/day. This is a very good accommodation option in a town that is sure to get more tourism attention in coming years, especially in that it now hosts the National Cheese Festival.

Stay here. I couldn’t find where to park so I emailed Sandra who came and found me. I followed here to her hotel and she showed me free public parking a very short way from her place. Also I was sick snd she walked me to a local Farmacia. I was provided fresh milk, crackers, a Spanish breakfast meat, orange juice, coffee and bottled water. The apartment was modern and had everything I needed. The mattress was firm but that’s my preference. Opportunity to experience life in an historic, beautiful city complete with narrow allies and streets. Quiet and comfortable.

Excellent stay!

My family stayed at the Plaza Sandra in early June. The Hotel itself has the outward appearance of a typical classic building but once inside you enter a charming modern boutique hotel. The rooms are beautiful and modern looking as well as being very clean. The courtyard and balcony overlooking the cities terra-cotta rooftops. Our particular room had an upstairs bedroom with the skylight that and very tastefully decorated as well as comfortable. Our two teenagers stay downstairs and I fold out and used the WiFi as expected. The whole family thought this was one of the nicest hotels we stayed at during our vacation. The location is perfect being only half a block from the Central square and all the sights of Trujillo's large romantic square and castle. The streets and shops were safe and we had no problems leading our teenagers go off on their own to explore this charming towns shops and sights. We would stay again if we have the opportunity without hesitation.

Un Hotel muy bien situado, pero aparcar es casi imposible. El personal muy amable y educado. Todo muy nuevo y limpio. Merece la pena salvo por los aparcamientos de los vehículos que son por las calles de los alrededores.

Apartamentos mobiliados, decorados, confortáveis e modernos inserido em um prédio de época. Local muito próximo da Plaza Mayor de Trujillo.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour à l hôtel. L accueil et le check in s est fait par WhatsApp, l accueil a été très agréable et facile. L hôtel est très bien: propre et confortable. La piscine fait du bien en arrivant. Je recommande sans hésitation.

Muy bien situado y muy chulo

Excelente localização. Cheguei pela Plaza Mayor. Perguntei a uma senhora simpática com colete de guarda de trânsito, onde poderia estacionar. Ela mandou encostar o carro ao lado da igreja de San Martin e prontamente me mostrou onde estava o hotel e que a Sandra iria me orientar onde estacionar. Andei uns 50 metros e na entrada do hotel encontrei a porta fechada, bati, chamei e não tinha ninguém, mas em poucos minutos a Sandra apareceu, muito simpática me passou os códigos para entrada no hotel e no meu apartamento que era completíssimo e enorne. Passou todas as orientações, pegou meu WhatsApp e se foi ( nos falamos por ele quando precisei). Ficamos com um hotel inteiro pra gente, a sensação é essa. Entrávamos e saíamos como se fosse nossa casa. Não víamos ninguém. Um hotel inteligente, aconchegante, limpo e com o charne de ser um casarão da idade média. Simplesmente amei!

Wir hatten dieses Appartement gemietet, da wir auf der Durchreise von Salamanca nach Sevilla waren. Es liegt in einer kleinen engen Gasse nahe des Plaza Major. Von Aussen sieht man dem Haus nicht an, was hinter der Fassade steckt. Ein sehr modernes, geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Appartement. Es ist fast zu schade, nur eine Nacht zu bleiben. Der Check-In verlief reibungslos, trotz dass beidseitig Sprachbarriern herrschten. Im Kühlschrank gab es schon Milch und Saft, Kaffeekapseln waren auch bereit. Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt.
