Everything was great and easy! The breakfast was fantastic with a lot to choose from. All the staff we encountered were nice and friendly, Eduardo, Maria, Wojtek are the names I remember… Clean room! Also, location was fantastic near the major museums.

Hotel check in counter staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Helped us to provide a number of recommended restaurants and also booked a tour as well as calling for a taxi. Although we managed, when called for extra toilet papers and/or tissue as well as more coffee, it didn't come. Otherwise, everything else was wonderful.

We had a quick one night stay, but the property was in great condition and very trendy and chic. Possibly the only downside would be a couple of nightclubs next door, but the sound wasn’t an issue.

I had a very nice stay at Radisson Red. Check in was easy and the staff were helpful. I traveled solo on this trip and enjoyed the free WiFi and the air conditioning during the heat wave. The lobby and décor were nice. The corridors in the room level were a little dark, but the rooms were very clean, spacious, and the bed was extremely comfortable—I slept so soundly after months of travel. This time, I chose the hotel based on location in order to be able to walk to the Atocha train station and walk to museums. Each time I visit Madrid, I stay in a different hotel, but I would return here again.
