Well, to start with, I had to wait until someone arrived to open the door for us, as we couldn't get in until the person showed up to hand over the key. Afterward, they simply showed us the room, and that was it. I honestly didn't like the room at all; it was just a box—there was absolutely no ventilation. There was also a sign stating that there was a €10 charge to use the air conditioning and another €10 to use the laundry facilities. While I understand charging for laundry, I think it’s really poor form to charge extra for air conditioning when you’re already paying for the room itself. The listing on the app didn't mention that I would have to share the bathroom with other people; having to step out of my room to use a shared bathroom felt very uncomfortable and unpleasant to me, as I’m not accustomed to sharing facilities. I also had to share the refrigerator with other guests. I had bought some items and kept them in the fridge, but the day before I left, my things—including some souvenirs I had picked up during my sightseeing—had disappeared. I found this extremely unpleasant as well. I contacted the property managers, but they simply offered their apologies, and that was the end of it. Honestly, I didn't enjoy my stay at this place in the slightest, and I do not recommend it. Given the nightly rate they charge, I feel I could have stayed in a proper hotel—paying just another $20 or $30 more—and had a much better experience than I did here. This place felt more like a

Stayed at Rooms Ángel and unfortunately had a disappointing experience. The shared bathroom was not clearly specified during the reservation, the cleanliness was poor, and there was only a mop and bucket to dry the floor after showering. Our room was never cleaned during the stay, and overall it did not feel comfortable or suitable for couples. I would not recommend it for a relaxing stay in Madrid.

I do not recommend this property to others mainly due to the lack of communication from the host. When you arrive at the property, expect to wait 1.5-2 hours for the host to even arrive to let you in. They will pretend as if this is normal behavior so there’s no apologies or explanation. If you happen to lose your keys, you will be a homeless person for the night (speaking from personal experience) and again they offer no explanation or apologies & pretend as if that’s a normal occurrence. Overall, there’s other places to stay where the host is more attentive, communicative, and reasonable. Take your business elsewhere, they don’t deserve it

Room was immaculately clean, portable air conditioning was adequate. Bed was a little hard. I would recommend having more pillows available even for a fee to compensate for the hard mattress. Thank you to the staff for accommodating an earlier time.

Very nice and clean. Ideal location walking to Sol station, Mayor Square, Market and everything. Nice and friendly staff. Make sure to contact the property for check in ahead of time - we were a bit nervous while waiting at the door without answering from the host. Whatsup app works the best.

The room was really stuffy and there’s no natural light. It’s okay if you just need a place to sleep, it’s clean. The toilet is busy, I think there was only one toilet for 4 rooms. Also, there was a little hiccup in my checkin where the host didn’t respond for a while.. I waited a while before I could checkin, hotels.com helped me to communicate. No aircon, only a fan. It’s ok if you aren’t picky

Murs pas très insonorisés. On entend tout dans les autres chambres. Pas de fenêtres dans notre chambre mais nous avons aimé que la cuisine, la salle de bain et la chambre étaient très propres. Personnels gentils.

De bör ha ngn som kan kommunicera på engelska effektivt och tydligt om hur man ska träffas och få sin nyckel. Nu meddelade vi när vi ville komma. De sa ok och sedan höllde på att ringa oss hela tiden men de kunde ingen engelska fast vi var tydliga med att vi inte kunde spanska. Tog mycket onödig tid och energi.

Tout est bien, côté accueil quoique communication même en espagnol, côté propreté : parfait. Par contre quelle déception d'être dans une chambre SANS FENÊTRE !!! Pour un séjour de 10 jours, tout de même, vous devriez privilégier un VRAIE chambre.

O espaço é ótimo! Quarto amplo. Super bem localizado e silencioso. Única questão para mim foi ter somente um banheiro no apartamento inteiro. Algo simples que poderia ajudar seria uma pia no quarto. Check in e check out foram pontos altos pela facilidade.

Habitación limpia e impecable, solo que no tiene ventana. El personal muy atento a la llegada.

La persona que me atendió se puso en contacto conmigo en cuanto llegué a la estación sin esperar a las 16:00. La habitación pequeña pero cómoda y acogedora. La situación óptima. En pleno centro.

Excelente ubicación. Muy limpio. Cómodo. Muy amables. Experiencia perfecta. Recomendable 100% Volveremos!
