Nothing to dislike. Staff amazing! Food delish. Rooms super too. And so close to great shops and bars. In particular the Mogan Mall is probably the nicest mall ive been to in years :)

The large balcony and hot tub was great just what you needed for a relaxing holiday.

Rooms were nice and spacious staff were friendly, breakfast was really good enjoyed the cava with breakfast too, didnt have the room with the hot tub we had booked when we arrived but the room we were put into was identical only had a smaller balcony no hot tub or sun loungers and we were moved to our proper room 11.30 next morning, they gave is free evening meal with a drink as compensation, the negatives were a bit of entertainment at night would be nice, also i think the 3oclock check in is a bit late as the flights from edinburgh arrive early morning and we had to potter around for a few hours with our bags before we could go to the hotel to check in

Overall good stay except for the really bad shower area in the bathroom, not just the dirty looking floor but the shower head itself is extremely old and does not function properly. This was on room 307 which was offered to us as an upgrade mentioning the room we booked was not available due to hotel being fully booked.

The hotel was spotless and all staff from cleaners right up to management were all very friendly and helpful. The air conditioning was absolutely amazing staying at other hotels in the area with only a fan to cool down this was outstanding. Used the rooftop terrace every day to sunbathe this was always spotless and sun beds all tidy and in good condition

The hotel was gorgeous, clean and exactly like the photos. Not a huge fan of saltwater pools. Super salty. The food in the hotel was shocking. The breakfast was fine but we got room service one night and it was horrendous. How can you get chips so wrong. They were black. Overall i would absolutely stay again but only as a b&b guest.

Great hotel, lovely big balcony with sun loungers, table and chairs and parasol with a great view! Great kitchen area which was good for self catering. The cleaners did an excellent job, the room was so clean everyday. Nice pool area and close to the shops.
