Shabolo Apartments las Palmas

Totally let down by Hotels.com. No help offered before, during or after our horrendous stay. We’ve been using them for over a decade but we will go elsewhere now. We saw the reviews stating there was building work and contacted Hotels.com. They said we needed to wait until we got there before they could help. We stayed here December 2925. It was awful. The room reeked of tobacco for our whole stay, there was noisy building working on in the building making it impossible to relax. Check in was a nightmare. You had to download an app, it didn’t work. We couldn’t get in our apartment. Curtains falling off the rail, bin broken, pancake flat old pillows. The list goes on. Contacted hotels.com and the apartment owner multiple times. No help was given and compensation refused. Video evidence sent but apparently hotels.com aren’t responsible for hotels being on building sites, even they’re aware beforehand.

The trip started in very bad way. The first 3 days the building next to us was demolished and they builders were working since 7.30 in the morning... No one told us anything before the arrival, and obviously we were very disappointed, because we wanted to have a nice and quiet vacation, that s why is called "holiday". And another upsetting fact was when I asked the cleaner to call the landlord ( no one answered our messages on whatsapp), she did pick up the phone, and when we asked again to provide us with shampoo because there was none, she called us "cabrones" in spanish, which is an insult. She thought we will not understand, but I did. So I hope this mesaage will be seen by many, and we are still very disappointed. I would rate it 0 stars, but there is no option for that.

Very few amenities made the stay quite uncomfortable. Noisy room. You need to download an app to do your check in. Works going on in the building, see pictures.

Llegamos y no funcionaba la app del móvil, estuvimos una hora y media sentados en una escalera porq no podíamos entrar. Solo tienes un wasap para comunicarte con alguien y no puedes hablar, cuando por fin vinieron a ayudarnos por dentro estaba en obras, no nos pudimos duchar agua fría, ruidoso y cortinas rotas entraba toda la luz. Como te quedes sin batería en el móvil no entras ni de coña!!!! Nada recomendable!!!

Alles was aanwezig, wij vonden het echt top! Er waren wel bouwwerken in het gebouw aanwezig (maar we hebben die kunnen vermijden door buiten te gaan) en persoonlijk zijn we ook niet zoveel straatlawaai (auto's etc) gewend 's nachts waardoor we de raam niet konden openzetten. Verder had een extra nachttafeltje en een extra handdoekenrek wel handig geweest. De wc bril lag los. Maar voor de rest vonden we het geweldig. We hopen terug te keren!

Bel appartement moderne et bien décoré. Bien situé, proche de la plage. Seul bémol, l isolation phonique avec l extérieur ou les voisins laisse à désirer

Las instalaciones estaban en obras !!! Mucho ruido de día!!! ( las obras no dirán para siempre ) fue mala casualidad… el aparcamiento es muy difícil en la zona en general !! El apartamento espectacular súper limpio todo con aplicación móvil!! Muy atentos Repetiremos seguro

El apartamento está bien situado y es moderno aunque tiene algunas cosas que mejorar. Pequeños detalles como que los botes de gel y champú estén vacíos o que la cuna tenga una colchoneta bastante regulera. Aunque lo principal creo que son los cristales. Deberían poner unos que insonoricen mejor el apartamento ya que se escucha todo lo que pasa en la calle. Por lo demás, todo genial. La limpieza y el proceso de checkin fue perfecto

El apartamento está muy bien , pero no te cambian las sábanas ni tiene limpieza…. No te cambian las sábanas ni te reponen papel higiénico…. Ademas todo por washap y el trato es bastante mejorable por no decir muy mejorable.

Habia ibras en el edificio, que deberiamos de conocer. Dormir en la mañana resultó complicado. En vacaciones uno pretende descansar

Súper bonito y es tal cual a las fotos , me ha gustado mucho. Volvere a repetir.
