Nice large clean rooms with everything you need , drinks and food available all day , all staff very friendly and helpful and love a joke , very very very very cheap bus to Ciutadella at €2 each takes around 20 mins from the sol Falcó , alternatively you can try the coastal path very rough in places takes a few hours with libation stops

Great location which is very near 2 great beaches both within 5 to 8 minutes walking distance. Bus line to Cituadella across street of hotel. Many supermarkets all around most 5 to 10 mins. walk from hotel. Clean comfortable rooms very friendly n hard working housekeeping staff. Overall staff at hotel speak English yet there are more Europeans visiting there than Americans so we felt a little slighted at times, could have been more very basic written info at hotel for non Europeans on how to get around the basic 5 mile radius of hotel just for newbies like us from US. Overall very pleasant stay would recommend to others highly.

This is a lower category hotel in the Melia chain, near 3* not the 4* and above we have stayed in previously and expected. The room was basic but had all amenities and the large bed was comfortable. General areas and pools were good amenities but the standard of cleanliness everywhere was low. The biggest disappointment was the restaurant, salad bar, breakfast cereals and cold food was decent. Fresh cooked food (in front of you) was good but food in self-serve areas was often cold and not tasty. Wine was dispensed from a tap (so not quality (!) while spirits at the bar were premium brands

Overall the place was nice and it’s better if you have kids so they participate in different activities all the time. The beach in front of the hotel was not really good, would recommend to walk for 15 minutes and get to Cala Bosch and enjoy the great beach with sands and cliffs to jump from!! Also the pools of the hotel are very cool and clean.

My adult daughter and I went for five days R&R .... Weren't expecting too much , but goodness me , what a lovely surprise ! Hotel was amazing, staff an absolute pleasure and facilities clean & well maintained. Food could have been better, but it was as you'd expect from an all inclusive, plentiful tho and available at all points throughout the day. The actual area of Cala N Bosch is stunningly beautiful and it was day three before we found there is a little harbour with plenty of restaurants and shops etc, well worth a visit. All in all, I'm now in total love with Menorca and will def return !

It was a strange one! I hadn't realised when booking it was the last week of the season. The hotel capacity 1050 was down during our stay to 300 then 50 then 18! The staff were fantastic, the food was reduced as would be expected, but given the circumstances it may have been better to tell us what a menu choice was rather than catering for so few with so much, but of a lesser standard. Having said that, it was a lovely hotel, lovely staff and great weather. Very chilled and would go again

Room lovely and clean. Option to leave a tag outside to say if you wanted room cleaned or not but they came in anyway. Clean towels would have been nice once in our five day stay. Our room was ground floor, middle of our group. Not much noise apart from people walking past our door sometimes. Entertainment and bar stops at 11pm so not much noise after that. Food hall large with plenty of variety also enough choice for drinks. Plenty of entertainment available. Kids clubs, day programme of aerobics, spinning, beach volleyball etc. Evening entertainment started 10pm for an hour. Fab Mamma Mia tribute. Reception staff really helpful, most staff have good English. Pools clean (cold but ok once in)! Two quieter pools available. All pools have lifeguards. Great for families.

I was on holiday by myself. I had checked details on tripadvisor and should have heeded remarks re 90% spanish and italian, a smattering of german and the rest english. The evening entertainment was on the whole very good for adults. For english children entertainment again was good but all in spanish. Excellent pools and outside equipment. eating was a nightmare. The food was quite good, never hot as seems usual these days, but the main restaurant feels like bedlam as it is huge, high ceiling hundreds of people eating at the same time, and the noise is unbeleivable. There was only a small open aired dining area to the side that was calm and peaceful, of course that was occupied very quickly. Although Thomas Cook and First Choice do list this hotel, if you're not keen on the above I would'nt advise it. As mentioned I was by myself and it was very rare that I met up with people I'd originally spoken to during the week as the common areas are so vast. There are a couple of seperate pools to the main one which are very restful and tranquil with plenty of beds and parosols. The beach is also quite near although the price of a bed and parosol is 12 euro's a day.

El servicio de limpieza de las habitaciones podría estar mejor , un día no nos hicieron la limpieza, la señora vino a las 16 h y nos dijo que pasaría más tarde y no vino, tuvimos que llamar a la recepción para que nos vinieran a hacer el servicio. Creo que haría falta más personal de limpieza. La comida normal , hay variedad pero la calidad muy justa. Deberían de controlar más los aforos porque dejan entrar a todo el mundo a la vez y no hay mesas limpias disponibles. Las piscinas podrían estar más limpias. El personal muy bien , muy agradable pero podrían haber más actividades para niños y más variadas. En mi opinión sería más un 3 estrellas que un 4. También deberían de controlar el tema de las hamacas , la gente se lleva las hamacas de la piscina a su terraza y hay mucha gente que a las 7 de la mañana ya está colocando la toalla en una hamaca ocupándola y en muchas ocasiones no están en todo el día. No repetiremos
