The following fees and deposits are charged by the property at time of service, check-in, or check-out.

• Early check-in fee: EUR 15 (subject to availability)
• Late check-in fee: EUR 15 for check-in between 10:00 PM and 11:00 PM
• Late check-out is available for a fee (subject to availability, amount varies)
• Housekeeping fee: EUR 70 per stay, varies per unit size
• Air conditioning is available for an additional fee
• Heated pool maintenance fee: EUR 25 per night

• The shared communal pool is open year round but heated only from October 1 to March 31.
• The listed housekeeping fee applies to 4-bedoom villas. The housekeeping fee is EUR 35 for 2-bedroom villas and EUR 45 for 3-bedroom villas.

There is no front desk at this property. To make arrangements for check-in please contact the property at least 72 hours before arrival using the information on the booking confirmation. If you are planning to arrive after 10:00 PM please contact the property in advance using the information on the booking confirmation. Guests planning to arrive outside of normal check-in hours will receive an email with check-in instructions and lockbox information. Guests can access their accommodation through a private entrance. The damage deposit is EUR 150 per stay for 2- and 3-bedroom villas. The private pool in the 4-bedroom villa is unheated. The heated pool maintenance fee applies for pool heating, if requested.
