We were welcomed and helped from the moment we arrived by the courteous staff. We were upgraded to a room with a ginormous bed. Bit too big for the room, really, but not a problem. One or two minor things weren’t in top condition, like the tissue dispenser in the bathroom and the dodgy plug. BUT, everything else was super. Clean, fresh, modern, quiet, just the right temperature. The breakfast was one of the best I’ve had in a hotel with freshly made yogurt, pastries and smoothies alongside scrambled eggs, bacon etc.
The location was perfect and it was great that we could leave our bags on the checkout day while we explored. It’s always hard when looking for hotels, as you never really know what they’re like until you get there, but we were very happy with our experience at the Vincci Mercat and would definitely stay there again.

We didn't eat breakfast at the hotel, but we did have a dinner there and it was very nice. The staff is great. We had an issue with noise being right next to the elevator. Also, we could hear the people above us moving chairs until 02:00. I don't know why people don't invest in fuzzy furniture stoppers to cancel the scraping noise here in Spain. This hotel was advertised as having soundproof rooms, but that is not true.

We booked last minute ie 10.45pm for that night. Flight delays etc meant we couldn’t continue our journey as planned.
The room was lovely comfortable & clean with everything you need.
Lovely terrace with a small pool but a great space.

The hotel was in an awesome location! Very close to the central market and walking distance to the main attractions. Plenty of restaurants, cafes and shopping on the doorstep. They also have parking underneath the hotel and a rooftop bar and pool. A very convenient and comfortable place to stay.
