Staff was extremely helpful, constantly going above and beyond the call of duty. Lots of great restaurants and shops nearby.

This most comfortable and cleaned hotel we stayed through out our trip in Srinlanka. Room were super clean and comfortable. Staff the owner her wife and two other person were extremely helpful and positive. I recommend this Hotel whenever you are in UNAWATUNA>.

Very comfortable big bed with great pillows, great bathroom, quiet yet very close to beach, bars and restaurants. The staff were very friendly and attentive.

Very close to the beach and there are a few nice restaurants nearby, e.g bedspace and the veggie buffet restaurant. The room is clean, hot shower, the wifi is very good. Will definitely stay in this hotel again.

Owners and staff are very friendly and acommadating! We paid $5 USD extra for a breakfast which was fresh eggs, fruit, baking, coffee and juice. Rooms are very big and clean with a/c. Very comfy beds with a TV, amazing wifi, and beautiful bathroom. 10/10

Beautiful clean rooms in a great hotel. The bathrooms were exceptionally clean and the shower was the best I’ve had in Sri Lanka (2 shower heads, unlimited hot water). The room was modern and well maintained and the staff were warm and helpful. Would reccomend and stay again!

Great family run hotel, lovely modern funky rooms and amazing modern bathroom with great AC. Wifi in room. Only a few minutes walk to the beach. Highly recommend and would definatley stay again.

We are backpacking around Sri Lanka so only stayed in Unawatuna for 3 nights, if we had been staying in this hotel for the duration though I would've been more than happy. We had been travelling Sri Lanka for one week by the time we arrived at this hotel. We arrived on tuk, tuk from Marissa where we had stayed in a guest house. We arrived with big heavy backpacks on our backs to a lovely glass of fresh orange juice and a cold flannel. The gentlemen that greeted us was very welcoming and helpful, we had not booked breakfast here as we prefer to check out local cafes and restaurants, he was more than happy to point us in the right direction and mentioned they offered it also but didn't try to push it in any way. Now for the room.... the best we have stayed in while we've been here. We have just checked in to one today in Hikkaduwa that is the same rating and it seems a much lower standard in comparison. The rooms at Heaven by O are perfectly clean, big comfy beds, soft pillows, fresh fluffy towels with a very clean modern bathroom. There is also a fridge, safe, hairdryer and close horse/washing line in the bathroom so we managed to do some washing as we will be travelling for two years. The couple that run the hotel are so lovely and very accommodating, they also speak perfect English. They are more than happy to help, my fiance had twisted his ankle the day we arrived, the lady who runs the hotel was more than happy to offer ice packs and asked how he was getting on every day.

Had a lovely 3 night stay here. Nice and quiet but central. Lovely big walk on shower and large bed. Like the noise policy they have as i always like a nice quiet place to stay. We didn't have breakfast so can't comment on that.

really clean small guest house / hotel . Rooms are excellent and way above standard that you would expect . The owners are super friendly and its nice and close to the beach . We looked at other accommodation for our next trip , but would definitely stay at this hotel again .. book quick as it only has 8 rooms .
