The bathroom tiles were coming off. The worst hotel to stay. The reception people had a poor communication.

The room was spacious. House keeping was good. The breakfast had bread and butter most of the days. Should have some variety for breakfast. The staff were helpful and courteous.

Room beds clean. Clean room very satisfied. Air conditioning very good. TV connection problem. Bathroom need improvement. The doors and tiles require little improvement. Shower taps not working properly. Washbasin stopper not working.

Only good thing is, you can do early check-in for an extra fee, around 1/3 of whatever you paid for a day. Normal check-in time is 2pm, but I checked in at 4am by paying extra. Furniture, carpet and building look very old. Staff were friendly. They lock the hotel main door at 10pm and open at 6am. You need to call a mobile number to ask them to unlock the main door. They answered my 6th call when I called them while I was standing outside of the hotel. No shampoo or shower gel provided by the hotel, but you could buy them from the nearest supermarket that is found next to the hospital. Did not find any bin in the room, and the carpet was very dirty with lots of marks on it.

This property was advertised as breakfast included. that's one of the reason i chose. It was limited to bread, butter, marmalade and an omelet. Wery disappointing. The bathrooms looked very old and not cleaned properly. Other than the house keeping staff and door man, no one bothered to ask how our stay was. Will not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Place was okay people and service good! Was a lit loud during night but it calmed down after 1.30am

In a great location, need to improve room and bathroom quality

I found the Hotel is very convenient for everyone. Housekeeping staff are w friendly & helpful. Reception staff not so friendly with everyone only known people but I am glad it is very Trustworthy Hotel.

It was amazing. Very good hospitality. Easy access to bank eat and drink places. Hotel has its own Restaurant. But eating in is very expensive. Preferred other restaurants close proximity.

The only pros is the location. Rest all are cons only. Small small insects, cockroaches freely roaming in the room and bed and it seems bad smell has been there for several years. The condition is horrible. The receptionist was totally unfit for that job. He tried to do his side business from their guests. Overall no value for money and I dont recommend.

When we went there, they said booking wasn't there and ask me to pay again. I have shown my online payment receipt for the prove. They didn't accept it. I have to call and talk to manager. After 45 minutes, they said yes. Please be careful when you book online.

Cleanliness poor

Our flight was delayed for almost 10 hours and informed the hotel through email as no one was picking up the phone and the next day I received an answer from the manager and there response " staff are sleeping it's middle of the night". Very rude. When we arrived around 4:00 am the reception was dark and someone was sleeping at the couch and someone woke him up from outside who had seen us and went to wake up the manager who was sleeping as well. After checking in they took us to our 2 rooms. The corridor was so hot and humid. As soon as we opened the room it was so unbearable heat and humid too. One AC was not working and they transferred us to another room. My daughter and her son couldn't take a shower as the bathroom was so disgusting, Sink was crack, mirror have stained but managed to stay for a day. it was so uncomfortable in any ways. No basic facilities. The beds were so noisy every time you moved. The rooms were so dark no night lamp, and the worst part no wall electrical outlets. They have only one outlet behind the TV which is not also universal. Finally we managed to charged our phone outside the hotel and checked out in the evening to stay in another hotel which is way beyond beautiful and very comfortable in every aspect. With all this unforgettable experience and not got any refund there's no way anyone will come around near to this hotel. I doubt even locals will never recommend. This property needs full upgrade
