Check in was a breeze on the automatic machine. We actually like not having windows in our room, made it easier to sleep. The location is very convenient next to the metro station and the lobby is cool. Only downside was all the construction right outside the front of the hotel.

Great experience! I was worried about a hotel room without windows, but it was spacious and quite comfortable, and the common spaces in the hotel had lots of natural light. Everything was clean and convenient. I would definitely stay here again!

The housekeeping left the door to my room open for a whole day, leaving my personal items accessible for anyone to take. Thankfully, nothing was stolen. When I told the staff, they gave me a bag of 10-15 mini candy bars and a Coke Zero. The staff was very unconcerned about the situation, and I advise anyone to stay away from a hotel with such careless staff.

Hotel states it has AC but the rooms are very hot and no ventilation. If you state you have AC you need to allow more flexibility in the setting or provide a fan in the room. Also anti in the room especially the family room would be beneficial. Even just a tv to be able to stream ones on streaming service.

The room was spotless and I appreciated the minimalistic design. The property is well-maintained and the staff is very helpful. As someone with a bad back, I am very particular about the quality of bed/mattress and I can report that is was an extremely comfortable sleep. Also, the water pressure is great. I really appreciated the location of the hotel as a first time visitor to Stockholm. It is right next to the train station and the perfect location to explore the city. Tusens tack!

I was looking for a lowkey, no hassle place to stay on a solo trip. The check in was super easy using the kiosks, stayed in a windowless room and it was clean & comfortable, and the location was perfect for excursions in sodermalm, gamla stan, catching the ferry to djurgarden, and to central station. I needed some extra towels and it was easy to get from the onsite staff who were very friendly.

The property is surrounded by a years-long major road construction project. Thus it is utterly inaccessible by car or taxi. This is not in any way communicated by the management. And there are no signs near the temporary "gangplank" to the hotel to indicate that one is going in the right direction. This complete lack of necessary communication is unacceptable! In my case, it resulted in two hours of wandering and an added taxi expense. Once inside, the hotel clerk was outstandingly helpful and friendly and the room was clean and comfortable. But the irresponsible behavior of the management cannot be forgiven or ignored. I must recommend not staying at this property!
