Very clean hotel

Förmånligt boende i Upplands Väsby, praktiskt och tyst. Det negativa var det upphöjda golvet vid sängen, slog i tårna ett flertal gånger

The construction is by far not finished. Plus I had the feeling of sleeping at the office.

Noisy big group and non existent sound proofing

The property was very nice they were very accommodating for a non Swedish speaker AFI was the receptionist and he was amazing and extremely helpful

Breakfast is served at the neighbor hotel. This was not disclosed on Expedia when I booked 5 nights using the app.

Not good at all, no accessories except TV at the rooms. The beds are very small

It's a very clean hotel and quite, the staff are friendly and trying to help all the time, but the brake fast was very semple and there was not too much operation

Difficult to review. As the hotel is pretty spacious and clean (for suite), but basically no service: no laundry, no intercom, no luggage handling, receptionist only until 10pm (thereafter is kiosk/machine), no food ordering. Cleanliness is very good. Mattress not comfort. Location pretty nice, outskirt of Stockholm, but pretty near to Uppsala. Reserved carpark for hotel quite distant from the hotel itself (sharing with public carpark) Lidl supermarket is closeby (across the huge carpark area)

Nice service... allowed for early check in which made our trip a lot easier... fantastic and kind staff member at the front desk which made us feel more welcome. Thanks!

Excellent budget hotel, cheap, clean and very quiet. Friendly staff in a safe location

Open only about one week ... some ‘bugs’ to work out. No thermostat accessible in the room ??? Water from shower splashes on ‘open’ area in front of sink ... even with LOWwater pressure... dangerous if using hair dryer after shower ... electricity, for God’s sake ! Also shower a& rest of bathroom floor looks great, BUT, it’s slick as hell when wet. Also, no proper chair in room to sit & relax, sit and tie shoes, etc. On a positive note ... staff was very congenial, well trained and a pleasure to interact with .... THAT’S the HARD PART. THE CHAIRS, SHOWER FLOOR, ETC are easy fixes.

Restauranten var lukket, ingen mulighed for bespisning. Bar og opholds området måtte vi ikke opholde os i på grund af en privat fest med Live band. Vi fik lov til at opholde os i et lille rum sammen bandets bagage. Da jeg brokkede mig over, at vi ikke kunne få noget at spise, fik jeg den besked at jeg skulle have bestilt bord…, men restauranten var jo lukket. Vi fik efter en del diskussioner lov til sættes os i en sofa og måtte have tallerken i skødet, vi fik begge serveret rester fra den private fest. 2 stykker kød, 2 asparges og 1 kartoffel, jeg er vegetar, så det blev ikke til meget aftensmad. Så tidligt i seng på næsten tom mave og høj musik til dessert. Da jeg endelig var kommet i seng, blev der pludseligt banket på døren. En tjenere ville have SEK 598,- for vores mad. Alt i alt en rigtig dårlig oplevelse, ringe flexibilitet og ingen forståelse for den situation de havde bragt os i. Vi havde helt klart en fornemmelse af, at de helst havde set , at vi slet ikke var kommet men bare betalt for vores værelser.
