Very nice hotel. Staff is extremely nice and helpful. Rooms are small but tidy and quiet. Really a beautiful setting.

It was simply a nice place to stay and the included breakfast was very good.

The hotel is located within a very quiet area of parkland about 10 mins from Skovda. When I arrived, I was disappointed to discover there was no restaurant or bar on the premises as its remote location meant a drive to get something to eat. My room (Superior Single) was very small and lacked basic comforts such as a cushioned chair, tea and coffee and looked a little tired. The room was also located in a separate building to the main house, meaning a walk through the snow in winter to get to breakfast. All in all not the standard expected but I would highlight that the single bed was very very comfortable and made up for much of what was lacking.

Lovely hotel in a pretty, peaceful setting. Staff are frindly and helpful. Only drawback was that the resturant wasn't available. Even though the options in town were plentiful we were disappointed to miss out on the fantastic fare at the Karstorp.

Nice place, close to town and also close to a small lake where you can run or walk. Very good breakfast.

Lovely room full of character and individuality, while including all the necessary things to make it a great stay. Our superior room included a kettle (not all Swedish hotels do) which is very useful. Hotel is super peaceful set in lawns with nice views including the lake that the hotel overlooks. Breakfast was nice with bacon, eggs and lots of cold choices. Evening meal availability is sporadic as it depends on how busy the hotel is. The evening meal we had was fantastic, full-on 5-star standard. The town is a short drive, has a nice centre with pedestrian area and plenty of restaurant choices. The staff were wonderful and make the place very welcoming.

I booked this as it was close to the hospital near by as I was visiting my son.

It was a pleasant stay in nice old buildings in a park.

This hotel was clean with all the essentials. The grounds were very well maintained. The breakfast was wonderful and the view from the main building was very serene.

Very dissappinted in terms if expectation (pictures on hotels.com) vs the actual room. It was more a train cabin or hostel than the stately rooms they advertised. The bathroom has not been renovates for a while and it smelled awful. For 80€/night this would be fine, but not for this price in this location.

Mycket bra och trevligt hotel

Vi bodde på det här hotellet då Vi var på scandic cup . Det var andra gången . Bra , trevlig o tillmötesgående personal . Jag var mest imponerad av de Otroligt fint stylade rummen . Så hemtrevliga o mysiga . Jag rekommenderar verkligen detta hotell

Jag och mitt sällskap var väldigt nöjda med bemötandet från personalen. Jättetrevliga allihopa. Vi upplevde att det var svårt att öppna dörren till vårt rum, men det förändrade inte våran upplevelse. Detta var helt klart över förväntan trots vår korta resa.

Vacker miljö och trevlig personal

Vackert hus, fin omgivning, god frukost och trevlig personal. Men! -Utcheckning kl 10 är inte ok, enligt mig.
