The service was impeccable and the staff were all friendly and helpful. The rooms were very comfortable and clean and the restaurant, lounge and bar were excellent. I would definitely stay here in the future and highly recommend it.

lovely hotel - only gripe is the Gold Bar opening times - for a 4.5* hotel i’d expect the bar to be open all day, and stay open until midnight for residents.

I had an event within the hotel and can’t complain about anything. Hotel is great, staff are wonderful. Highly recommended. Great location and easy access to the station straight to the airport.

Hôtel was right in the middle of all the areas - from shopping, to the museums, to Gamla Stan. Trendy vibe with fun venues for a cocktail. Rooms were comfortable.

No VIP benefits were given what so ever, attitude of the staff was “we can’t give you the upgrade because room level that left is too high and we don’t have others….” Take it or leave it.
We were given a horrible room where I had to climb over my friend’s bed to get to my bed and I was unable to get up at night to go to the toilet because no way of getting out of bed without climbing over other bed.

It sits at a wonderful location the staff was helpful and accommodating. Beautifully styled and aesthetically pleasing. Just wish the room was vacuumed regularly and not so dusty. The comforters were too warm for the summer. Specially the breakfast staff and front desk were so warm and welcoming.

I booked for my family and they loved it but the only thing I would complain about is that I specifically requested two adjacent rooms over a month in advance, but when I checked them in they put the rooms on opposite sides of the hotel.
