This hotel is located right in the middle of the city right next to the central station and the main shopping mall. Easy walking distance to everything you need close by or hop on a tram or bus. The hotel itself was quiet, with friendly staff. The family room that we booked was excellent for bringing kids and we particularly wanted pool access. Easy to book access to the pool. Nice facilities with sauna available too. Breakfast buffet gets 5 ⭐ plus. Thank you!

The stay was nearly perfect. No complaints. Our window looked directly into the adjacent mall which was a bit strange. Otherwise everything was perfect. Room, breakfast, location, service, all great!

One oddity: the elevators have a weird smell.
Otherwise, it's fine for a quick stop, across the street from the train station, attached to a mall, centrally located.

Overall good stay , great location close to the Central station in the centre of Gothenburg.
Reception staff were very friendly and helpful at check in, restaurant and bar staff also very pleasant.
Minor issues were the AC which we couldn’t switch off and having no hot water on the morning of our check out.
However that wouldn’t put me off recommending the hotel to fellow travellers

Too eco-friendly. Ingrown stains on sheets and towels (In Sweden they do not wash hot enough in order to save energy) no cleaning unless you tell them the day BEFORE. Do not plan to visit the pool, it has to be booked so it was already full.

The lobby was nice but the room was so dusty that's a layer would come off when you touched the walls. My allergies were awful. They really need to deep clean more often.

From our first encounter with the hotel staff they showed their commitment to service. Organising an early check-in and a request to change rooms. This commitment to service continued throughout our stay of three nights. The food was excellent from the breakfast through to the day time meals. A pleasure to stay at this hotel.

We had a great time! The staff were friendly and helpful and the amenities were great. The booking system for the pool/ breakfast etc. was quick and easy to use. A little annoying that you need to book if you want house keeping to visit your room, and the cleanliness after they’d been was inconsistent, but apart from that it was all great!
