This hotel is very close to all things that a tourist would want to visit. It's a 5 minute walk to the Castle and central station. There is a mall and other shops around. Easy access to busses. The area has many good options near by. The staff are soooo helpful! The only downside is the hotel is very dark and seems older in the halls and rooms. My room was very dusty!

Our stay was absolutely wonderful. The staff there was so helpful and accommodating. The room were spacious and clean. When you checked in you could set up room cleanings for your entire stay which was nice so you weren't being bothered every single day. The location of this particular hotel was right downtown and within walking distance of about everything. The breakfast buffet was so delicious every morning. Such a wide variety of things to eat. We will definitely be staying there again when we travel back to Sweden

As I planned to just sleep in the hotels, I optioned for the cheapest rooms. For me then was a good bed, and they was absolutely amazing! I slept like a baby and was rested for the next day adventures!

Overall the stay was ok. The room was very vast and not at all cosy. A bit cold also. It was very outdated and not the cleanest.
breakfast was terrible. Very little vegan options. Tables were dirty and not cleaned very well.
We are use to such high standards at other Scandic hotels. This one was very average.

We arrived on a overnight flight to be greeted by our cousins at the Copenhagen airport. They dropped us off at your delightful hotel.
The time spent with you was great. Our room was pleasant and clean. Bed was comfy and clean.
The breakfast smorgasbord was a delight. Unbelievable delicious. The waitresses and waiters were pleasant and took care of anything that needed doing.
Time spent was at St Jorgen was ever so pleasant. My mother stayed there many years ago when she went to visit family.
Loved it! Back to the real world! Thank you!

The hotel's breakfast was tasty and generous in portions. Very convenient walk (7-9 minutes) from central train station and easy access to the rest of the old downtown area sights, with excellent dining and shopping options.

I was very torn about where to stay in Malmo as a solo female traveler, but I am very glad I chose to stay at the Scandic St Jorgen. The location is perfect - a less than 10 minute walk from Malmo Central and right in the heart of a shopping area with cafe's and a great grocery store (and wine shop!). Everything I was looking to do was walkable from here, and the front desk was super helpful. Breakfast was a generous spread and a great way to start each day. The one call out I want to mention, for my fellow Americans, there isn't technically air conditioning here (they don't advertise it either), but the room temperature remained pretty comfortable, and I opened the windows at night (I visited mid-April) to keep it more cool (I prefer cold sleeping temps!). Would definitely stay here again.
