Scandic Strömmen

Helpful staff, good location, renovated room. Spa was comfy and access to balcony was a perfect way to cool down after enjoying sauna. And yes, you can throw löyly in this sauna!

Parking could be more easily accessible, but then again, I should’ve checked with hotel in advance prior to arriving. Easy check-in, friendly staff. Breakfast ok, but nothing extra special.

Tråkig utsikt mot innergården. Inga parkeringsplatser kvar vid sen incheckning. i övrigt utmärkt.

Bra rum, god frukost och bra läge!

Two children, one adult and a small dog went to stay for two nights. The first room we were given was very disappointing, it was very dirty and smelled very strongly of dog. It also had a very small window, almost like being in a prison cell. The staff were very helpful and found another room after I pointed out the smell and condition of the room. However, the next room was very tired and in need of renovation. This hotel is in two parts and the other section is new and of a much higher standard so if you plan to stay here book in to the new rooms. They are much better.

Our room was OK, if a little worn down. A fellow guest was lodging a complaint about ger parking space being unavailable, and I overheard her case being handled with very poor customer care. My biggest gripe was the ”pool” area, which was our main reason for booking this hotel since our son loves swimming. There is no pool. There are two bathtubs. One outdoors and one indoors. They are roughly 2*2m each. Every guest in there voiced their disappointment. And during Pandemic timmes the hotel had a limit for 20 people in the ”pool” area at once. Crowded to say the least. One positive note: The gym was spaceous and well equipped.

Great Location

Very nice hotel. Great location for city and train Station. Nice restaurant and bar. Plenty of local options too. Staff were very helpful. Room very clean and comfortable.

Breakfast was good. Hotel staff friendly and helpful. Close to railway station about 5 minutes walk. The single beds are quite narrow. I think there are not many room with double bed .Extension of hotel in progress completing next year.

The hotel is close to Norrkoeping station just 5mins walk close to restaurants . The staff was very friendly and helpful. Good choice of breakfast. At present hotel is having extension so by next year there would be many new rooms .

Great stay, car park can be difficult with a larger vehicle as it gets busy late on but if you get there early enough there's no problems. Nice breakfast selection though the in house restaurant isn't nothing to shout about for evening meals. However there are plenty of really great restaurants a short walk away

Trevlig och hjälpsam personal. Bra gym och relaxavdelning. Frukosten hade allt man kan önska sig. Vi är jättenöjda och kommer gärna tillbaka.

Välrenoverat hotell med aningen små rum men allt fungerar bra och personalen gör ett riktigt bra jobb.

Vi tyckte att hotellet inte nådde hela vägen till "Scandic standard". - Vatten rann ut på badrumsgolvet vid duschning - 200kr avgift togs överraskande ut för incheckning tidigare än klockan 1600. - Skulle varit bra om det hade funnits en te/kaffekokare på rummet. - 30kr kostade en apelsinjuice tagen senare från frukostmaskinen. Snålt av personalen tyckte vi som hade ända varit flitiga kunder på baren samt betalat extraavgiften för incheckning. - Det gick inte att stänga av den bullriga ventilationsfläkten i rummet på natten. - Annars var hotellet trevligt med fin inredning och bra frukost.

Scandics ”nya” bonusprogram är snålt och inte kundorienterad. Finns nu bättre kedjor att vara lojal mot

Allt var bra. Tyckte dock att det kunde varit lite svalare på rummet. Mottagandet var alldeles utmärkt. Trevlig personal.
