The grill menu offered during summer months was just great! I accidentally spilled out a drink during dinner. This was immediately taken care of and all and more affected items on the table were replaced with new ones within minutes - very professional personnel!

An absolute GEM!!! So i’m not believably glad that we stayed here instead of a busy city hotel. So easy to get in and out of the city, just a short walk to the metro station and you are downtown in 15 minutes. It feels like you are staying in the Swedish countryside, in an absolute GEM of a hotel. So unique, beautifully designed, with the perfect mix of preserving the old style and blending it with the funkiness and functionality of today . The service is unbeatable. All staff are outstanding. Great room, very clean and beautiful room. Check in time is @15:00 and check out @ 09:00. So odd for a hotel and makes is hard to sleep in or check in after long flight if early.

It was the second time we stayed at the hotel. The hotel staff is very nice and helpfull, especially at the reception.
The room we got this time was on the second floor and smaller than the one we got in the first time.
The way from the parking to the reception and rooms in only by stairs and could be a problem to carry the luggage.

The place gives you a historic feeling. The service at the recepion was great and helpfull. Breakfast was very nice.
There is no air condition in the rooms. In our case it was not very necessary but it could help.
There is a big staircase from the parking lot to the rooms and the guest should carry their baggage. It is not very friendly for older people.

The restaurant was not good, so Get a new Chef. If you only serve one main course, and the number of of guests are below ten, it should be perfect in a place you like to be and for the price you charge for it. The one i had was not. It was three pieces, one fish (good), one steak (to long time on the grill so it was dray) and one chicken (which was unbeatable!)
This was served with potatoes (good) and a salad of lettuce drained in mayonnaise, which made it uneatable. It was impossible to get the mayonnaise away, because it was in so large quantity.

One of the best hotels I have stayed at! The service is impeccable and fantastic. Every room is individually designed and I loved the look of mine. It was spacious even for a small regular single room. Cosy lights in the room and very clean. The hotel feels like a second home where the staff really cares about you. I had dinner in their restaurant for the two nights I stayed and it was so good! Their shrimp salad (seasonal) was delicious and so huge I couldn't even finish it - and I love to eat a lot :)

The people and the service is what topped our list here. We felt like royalty and really appreciate the genuineness of everyone. Make sure to spend time upstairs too. The rooms are fun. We played 3 games of backgammon before we left and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves!

Everything was just great. From the first impression and check-in through dinner and bar. Excellent service and customer oriented staff. Comfortable beds, very clean and not short of anything. Wonderful breakfast, good coffee and helpful staff.
