We had a great stay here! We were pleasantly surprised by how spacious our room was and the large bathtub. It was nice to have an elevator in such a small hotel. We had a very early departure the next day before breakfast opened, and the staff kindly provided a sack meal. The hotel is close enough to the main strip and train station, but in a quieter area.

Quaint little place, older, but immaculately kept and decorated. Wonderful staff. Great breakfast each morning with lots of options. Centrally located to all the shops and restaurants. We loved our stay!

This is a spectacular property. Our room was large, comfortable, cozy and there were lots of extras. A balcony overlooking the Matterhorn, a large breakfast included with American items like scrambled eggs, waffles, cut up fresh fruit, a nicely stocked mini bar, coffee machine in room, various glasses and mugs, water bottle. A sauna and fitness room. Plus, Zermatt is a fun village with lots of shopping and restaurants. The owner and employees are kind and helpful. A++ rating.
