Amazing property located at the heart of Geneva. Train Station (Gare Cornavin) was just 5 minute walk. The property was very clean and the staff super helpful. Would definitely come back to this hotel when I revisit Geneva.

Perfect place to ret up for a few days to recover from jetlag. Clean, comfortable, and perfect location. Most importantly, I can't say enough good things about the staff - front desk was extremely friendly and helpful!

Currently being renovated (not shown in the info online), so restaurant closed. They brought breakfast to our rooms.
There was a strange smell when I entered my room - it either went or I got used to it as I did not smell it after the first day.

Overall an okay experience, the team members are great. The hotel rooms could do with some renovation and deep cleaning, also a bit annoying for the rooms with balcony, once you enter the room their are stairs that you need to take to enter your room (mostly inconvenient to take luggage up)

Photos of the property are completely inaccurate nor the actual hotel! Can hear everything going on in your neighbors room. The wallpaper was pealing and the doors are rotting. Do not recommend staying here.

Good place to stay, love the reception staff, all super nice and speak different languages. There was some working around the hotel, but they did their best to accommodate our request for a quiet room, even letting us enter the room before check-in time. Apart from one morning without water that the hotel quickly fixed, I couldn't fault anything. Rooms are small but with everything you need, close to the city center and the train station, perfect for having something to eat as the city can be expensive. The mattress could be a bit better.

Our stay was enjoyable, but only one item was of major concern: the hairdryer has NOT a switch adapter in the bathroom, which makes the task a bit complicated. There was NO information about the breakfast nor any housekeeping on the property.

This property does not look anything like the picture it’s very outdated very rundown the AC control looks like something from the medieval times the kitchen is very old dirty very outdated . I would stay away until they maybe do something to this hotel they need major upgrades for the money they are charging. This is a motel not a hotel.

This was a good place to stay for 5 days because had a decent little kitchen with fridge and very well stocked crockery. It’s a little aged and it’s in the red light district so is a bit noisy at night. But the front desk staff were great in solving problems. Worth a try.

From the minute Yassine greeted us we were pleased that we chose the hotel.
The location is good and you can get to the Lake and train station easily.
Yassine pointed us to restaurants and attractions and organised a travel pass too- nothing was too much trouble.
We had booked for breakfast but the hotel breakfast place was closed for an upgrade. However, Florence delivered 5 continental breakfasts every morning of our stay. The food was plentiful!
It was actually nice to have a little kitchenette as we made sandwiches one lunchtime and the washing up liquid and cleaning cloths were also supplied. The space was very clean.
The aircon took a bit to crank up, and our view of the "park" with the homeless and ladies of the night was worrying but we felt safe despite this.

Location Location Location, great 3 star aparthotel with everything you need, I was a solo traveler and the room was very comfortable for me and included all the amenities that I needed. It was clean, the shower pressure is strong and hot water is plenty, nice and quick check in, I received a transportation pass with my stay which is very convenient and saves money since bus and train tickets are not cheap. I stayed for 4 days and I really liked the area, very lively with many things to do, 3 minutes walk to the main train station, many restaurants and cafe, grocery stores, gym etc. nearby. It is close to the "red light district" but whoever lived or visited Geneva before knows that its very small and not dangerous/sketchy like big cities' cliche ed light districts so don't worry, on the contrary, it is part of the charm of that area.

Good hotel near river. Friendly staff. Quiet. Safe building. We had balcony but hotel is too short to see river. Kitchenware plenty. Large fridge. Tv had many channels with 6 main languages each. Fr, It, Eng, Ge, Sp and Arab. Would definitely go back. Bathroom is smallish but fine. Sadly there's a legal red light district 4 blocks away otherwise it would be perfect.

Lovely property overlooking the lake (studio with balcony) and very close to the main station. Plenty of bars, restraurants and shops nearby.
Studio was adequate for one but would have been awkward for two people. Kitchen was spotless and well equipped. Bathroom was tiny (could do with a smaller sink) but clean and had everything I needed. The balcony was a lovely touch to my trip but didn't spend time on it and it was a spiral staircase to walk up. I only had a backpack so fine but would take some negiotation with a proper suitcase. The floor was a bit dirty (got black feet when walking around bare foot) but it could have been from having the balcony door open. Definitely stay here again as it was safe and the reception staff were super friendly, perfect English and always availble. Thank you.
