Easy check-in. Building is clean, room is good size and the bed is comfortable. Pretty quiet too. The downstairs gym is pretty big. I liked the water fountains with sparkling water. The room amenities are limited: no shampoo/conditioner/lotion, just a very basic body wash. The kitchen is well equipped and allowed to cook meals on the electric stove and reheat in the microwave. Overall it's an ok place to stay for a few days, but for that price I would have expected hotel standard amenities.

This property was fine overall. It did suffer from checkin woes for other hotel guests who needed to complete checkin - but could not due to the unstaffed reception after 2pm. I am beginning to not be a fan of reception limited hotels. The hotel was not central, but did offer good access to the park and marina which was right across the street. Bus access to downtown was very easy. Unfortunately we had no air conditioning, and the hotel room had one window which opened so we could not generate a breeze. The hotel supplied two gans, though, so we could move the hot air around ok. Our timing aligned with a heat wave, so bad luck.

Clean apartments, next to the lake, and had nice gym and spa facilities.

Good connections. Very limited services. Wi-Fi is really weak and to me was useless next to stairway. Breakfast service took very long to get.

Very nice and will stay again. Only thing missi g was a kettle but could boil water on the hob. Spacious room clean and bright

Perfect for a short stay, very convenient for the offices nearby. No receptionist ever avaialble when needed but not a problem in my instance. Cold room, old lumpy pillows. The restaurant/bar wasnt open on a friday evening. Despite the minor negatives, i would stay there again if i needed to work locally again.

Terrible service. Self check in outside reception hours 08.00 - 14.00 Monday. Weekend, no service after 14.00 on Friday. Service of changing towels every 3 days (it looks it is the standard of 3 stars hotel in Switzerland based on the affirmation of the arrogant and useless receptionist named Alvina). We had no balcony to dry our towels and simply asked on Friday for receiving 2 extra towels, our departure being scheduled on Sunday. What we finally did not receive as we did not receive the number or the manager, despite my request from receptionist. To be definitely banned of your options if you want to take showers as a normal person. Self check in code was not received as promised upon our arrival despite having provided the requested documents and wifi mentioned on the entrance door was not working until the following day where IT person had to enter into our room to fix it

Nice quiet and clean apartment. Nice walk to metro but frequent bus service. Free local travel pass a surprising bonus. Easy to access all Lausanne, would happily return- recommended

I will NEVER go back ther, EVER. I was walking on eggs the whole stay. First of all the receptionist I spoke to was very nice, expert, professional, but did not know French at all, which is the language spoken in the city where the hotel is. - bad point! Thankfully I speak English. ThenL when we arrived at the hotel, all fine, pretty, convenient, pleasant etc. BUT, HIDDEN NOTICE we saw all the FEEs charged for: not doing the dishes, for example: 60.00 FRS !!!!! I am outraged, because, in our days and times, this is TOTALLY innappropriate: I have to count on the previous customer to wash MY dishes!!!!!!! So it is touched by total strangers, washed "who knows how" by total strangers. The hotel, in other words, totally expected the CUSTOMER to do their job, but still make us pay a pretty normal - high price for the stay. I am sorry, but other hotels do NOT do that. I do not trust such a hotel. I find them just FIXATED on charges (and thir keep the list of charges maliciously not visible). Their attitude is totally irresponsible in periods of global pandemics (Covid, Monkey pox). Never again!!!

Great location if you like a quiet spot, and you like nature. There is a very large park on the lake right across the street. Nice but small fitness room and a sauna.

1 bedroom apt was spacious, bed comfy, kitchen had what was needed. I would recommend allowing windows to open more than they did as air becomes hot/stuffy quickly.Would stay again. Has an apt feel rather than hotel which was great for us.

Ideal place to stay as work commitments close by. Great access to the town & all the facilities.

Nice area and friendly staff

Parking in front of the hotel is very expensive, but it's clean and quiet, the staff are friendly. I overstayed check out by mistake (it's at 10am, a bit too early in my opinion, I thoughtit was at 12) but they waited an hour before knocking and were very polite. The location is superb, right on the lake. I would definitely stay here again.
