Beautiful property, rooms are spacious and comfortable. Restaurant had a wonderful breakfast and dinner was great as well. Metro station is minutes away and there was easy access to transportation. Would recommend.

The hotel is fantastic, close to the metro for getting around. However they have a passive cooling system that doesn’t work that well during a heatwave. We happen to visit during the heat wave and it wasn’t the most comfortable. That seems to be the case with most places in Switzerland. Thank God the staff gave us a fan otherwise we wouldn’t have slept at all.

Very well located for both car and public transport. Car parking somewhat limited but worked for us. Rooms basic but comfortable, and the staff accommodated all our requests. Good Swiss standard overall.

Very nice staff let down by a substandard hotel. No aircon in the rooms. It was 33c when we stayed and our room was boiling all night. There is some kind of ventilation system but it was weaker than a hand fan bought from Temu. Weirdly the communal areas (hall, restaurant etc.) were cool and seem to have aircon. The staff kindly gave us an electric fan which helped a bit, but we barely slept. There is no fridge and no tea or coffee making facilities in the room. We have just spent 10 weeks travelling around Europe and have never come across such a lack of amenities. On the plus side every single one of the staff are really nice and professional.

There is a lot of bad to speak of but the only bright spot was Khaled. He works at night and went out of his way to make us happy. I wouldn’t stay here again. I chose it for the aquarium but too expensive for what you get and no swimming pool.

Not as good as expected. Staff were mostly friendly but depending on the person eg we tried multiple times to charge phone on checkout. Eventually found a place near reception then found it was unplugged when we came to leave the hotel. Not ok!

Was a short stay, staff are not very friendly, especially when I needed assistance with invoice afterwards as they refused to give an invoice for my stay, although I paid at the hotel not via hotels.com. The bed is ok but not standards of good hotels and the gym doesn’t have any dumbbells or weights, just machines

Poor signage inside and outside wasted about 15-20 driving around AQUATIS building looking for the hotel entrance. Finally we found it and once I got inside, I spoke to Olga at front desk about my free parking and she was very rude and told me I can’t park at the hotel and have find public parking and pay out pocket. Fast forward we got back to the lobby and wait an additional 90 mins past check in time to add to it their breakfast quality and variety of food was very cheap and charged us $24 Swiss franc per person. The only good thing about this place is the metro next to it and wouldn’t recommend this place
