It was very nice stay but besides some staff are rode to talk to me in the French.
Besides that it was very nice and quiet that problem was wish there had a better activity planes for the tourist like me because I love train rides and some coupons so that would have been beneficial.
And taxes or shuttle to take place to places it would have been convenient.
Also rooms are bit too small we hade to change it to the bigger rooms.
Thank you for great hospitality and cleaning staffs!!!

The hotel was close to airport and bus/tram stops. The breakfast was ok, very little fruit (only whole apples and oranges). Room is tiny but clean. No drawers or closets - so no unpacking.

Clean and basic for a one night stay . Would be better if a kettle is provided in the room. Not sure if I can ask for it but it was a bit too late when I arrived. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Our stay at B&B Hotel Geneva Airport was smooth and convenient. Check-in was quick and efficient, and Walid was fantastic—funny, accommodating, and very helpful. The keyless entry system using codes was a unique touch, and the rooms, while simple, had everything we needed. The location was great, within walking distance of the bus and tram stop. The only downside was the shared airport shuttle service with neighboring hotels—it was packed when we needed it, so we had to find an alternative ride to the airport. Overall, a great value stay!

I really wouldn't bother with this hotel. The staff members act like they don't even care if you're a guest, or like they're too busy to help you. I thought the staff was rude and unhelpful. There were also no amenities provided. There wasn't even a phone in my room. Without a phone, my only option was to go back and forth to the front desk to get in touch with the staff. And there wasn't coffee or water.
