Very charming, great breakfast, spacious and modern bathroom, nice furnishing and large bedroom. I loved the charming vibes of the hotel and the neighbourhood. Walking distance to downtown and the nice dining areas.

Check in was great, staff was super helpful and the breakfast spread was wonderful. Checkout was smooth and easy, staff great there too. Would definitely stay again.

Staff very helpful, would go out of way to help the clients, very safe area and transport just almost outside, THEY MUST RE-ARRANGE ROOM, Sink in the room(no). Would stay again but in different toom. We had premium double room with balcony, its a one room and sink in the room, although, it did show in pictures.

I had a very good experience staying there for my solo trip. The interior is very clean. The staff member Mina was very attentive and made some arrangements for me because I couldn't enjoy the breakfast due to the early train schedule next morning. I'd recommend it.

A very nice hotel within walking distance from the old town (10-15 min).
Absolutely fantastic breakfast with a lot of choices!
It definitely has a special character.
A little expensive (25 franks per night) parking behind the building, but it’s Zürich.
It would be nice if hotel provides guests with Zurich card (free transportation, discounts in museums and shops).
Please pay attention that you need to contact hotel in advance if you arrive after 1 pm, there is nobody at reception. They will send you an instruction for self-checkin.

This was one of the worst and most expensive stays we have ever had. It was unbearably hot and humid in the room. It was not clear in the hotel posting that there was no AC. At the end of July/beginning of August in 100 degree heat this should be stated clearly and immediately prior to booking. At the very least there should be a discount on the room price offered for this huge inconvenience that almost ruined our holiday. For $300 this was ridiculously overpriced for what you get. Fans barely helped.

Worst hotel I have ever stayed, in the name of self check in no help or service. The rooms felt like a furnace, extremely hot. They have a non functioning AC. Not the greatest area either. definitely not worth the price. They charged an additional $100 for a rollaway bed. If they are charging extra then they should have the courtesy of giving at least a fan. None of us could sleep for even a minute.

Well located, quiet, great breakfast and comfy room. We loved our stay and team #2 which stops in front of the hotel goes straight to the letzigrund where we were going :). Close to all shops and bahnhof stresse but still quiet. Fabulous place!

I am so glad that we chose this place to stay. The staff were very communicative about our parking needs. Parking is very tight, but they gave great instructions on how to find it. The hotel was very nice and modern. Staff were very helpful, and they served a good breakfast. It was in a great location - close to restaurants, shopping and transportation system.

There was no on-site staff person in the evening when we arrive, and the on boarding process was quite disconnected. The room was extremely small and could not accommodate our family.
