From the moment we walked in until the moment we left, the people that worked there were very personable and professional. The room was very clean and comfortable and having parking next to the building was very convenient. The location was perfect for what we wanted and needed.

Highly recommended! Everything clean, tidy, quiet.
I only recommend putting a bigger sign to know where the parking lot is. (ample parking and it's free).

It was a 2 bed apartment I received not a 3 bed apartment.
The place was cleaned every day and well kept.
Parking was onsite and good. Wifi was excellent.
Place was quite and ideal for work .

No front desk, no elevator, no a/c, no one to ask for help, we speak French and English very well, but no one spoke either language. In the photos on hotels.com it shows a picture of the town of Solothorn which is on the Aare river. It says view from hotel. That view was like a 6 minute car ride from the hotel. Very disappointed at hotels.com for false advertisement.
In future I will be looking at other websites to bok my hotels.

Very friendly personnel, welcoming atmosphere. Convenient that there is a restaurant on the ground floor. Walkable distance to Coop, Migros and Langendorf station. Rooms, perhaps, need some modernisation and renovation. Good value for money.

Das Zimmer war sehr schön, sauber und schönes Licht, gute Dusche und WiFi. Und obwohl ich (fast?) der einzige Gast war, habe ich mich wohl gefühlt.
Self-Check- on ist ok, aber es wäre gut gewesen, es vorher zu wissen. Ich hatte ja extra noch angerufen und Sie sagten, die Rezeption sei besetzt.
