Hilton Geneva Hotel and Conference Centre

Be careful Hotel com charge you for local taxes and than you get charged again for local taxes. I had an experience where Eve the customer service representative asked me if I need an Arab speaking delicate as she found me an native English speaker, for some rude reason. Had another staff tell me it’s VAT. Yet the amount of tax is the same. Was most probably charged twice. Couldn’t stand their and be told all kind off excuses. Was offered a bus pass at 1 am in the morning. When I ask what it can be used for at these time, they said we don’t know. This hotel has gone slightly down in customer service. Had one bathrob One towel And the room had a strong aura which for me wasn’t great. This hotel it seems like it’s concentrated for lay over for the airport and full of other passengers.

hotel is fine. the hotel is not accessible from the airport unless you are picked up by the shuttle which runs every 20-30 minutes (despite online sources saying you can walk to the hotel from the airport). nice spa

Very convenient for the airport

Perfect for what we needed! Stayed here after a long day of travel to Geneva before our ski trip this week in courchevel and meribel. The room was clean and comfy with black out shades. We booked the executive king room which gave us access to a lounge with snacks and drinks for free. Upon arrival the lounge was already closed so the reception gave us free drink vouchers for the bar. The restaurant was great as well. The shuttle is perfect as it runs to the airport and back every 20 minutes. They also gave us free tickets to travel all over Geneva using public transport.

Spacious clean rooms. Staff was helpful and polite. Friendly taxi drivers also helpful hired by Hilton.

One night after all night flight. Stopping point in route. Fine for that purpose

Not well connected to the airport which defeats the object of an airport hotel

Pretty fancy with extra like swimming pool, but I didn’t use it.

We arrive

Nice hotel, convenient location for airport, took very big and clean. Shower and bath etc all very good. Tv only had a couple English channels which was slightly disappointing. Tea and coffee facility poor, only had two sachets of milk powder, a hotel like this should have at least pots of milk and more of them considering you get with tea and coffee for about 8 cups.

Very nice, clean and great staff.

Costruction on site went on too late

My daughter and I experienced so much condesending attitude. Most of the front desk staff have apparently not yet taken "being nice and smiling" classes which we would highly recommend. The Hilton was once a great hotel; it is now an average business hotel. The Shuttle service was excellent. The Restaurant staff was very cordial.

In general the hotel was good however with no ability to individually alter the temperature in your room it resulted in the room being exceptionally uncomfortable whilst trying to sleep during the night. The only option to cool the room was to open the window however this was restricted and by doing so there was a lot of aircraft noise so the choice was either to have a very hot or noisy room.

Nice airport hotel — still quite far from town but convenient if you arrive late or are not going into town. Beautiful swimming pool. Very nice team. Main restaurant quite good, bar area also good in the evening for food etc. Easily accessible from the airport, quite expensive taxi ride from downtown. A/c limited so harder to sleep, although beds were comfortable — would benefit from having a top sheet sheet in addition to just the usual Swiss duvet.

Understandably with noise since it’s close to the airport but tolerable, otherwise we had a pleasant stay.

Quite surprised that we could walk to a cafe and grocery on a street bordered by a lovely park.
