Hotel is close to train station which goes up to Zermatt. Only negative comment would be hotel lacks AC. Staff are very approachable. Breakfast is great. There are also some nearby restaurants to choose from. One has fondue.

Basic hotel, friendly and helpful staff, good breakfast. Overall ok, although expensive for the quality of the room which was very simple. Good transport links to Zermatt, underground hotel parking included, but very very narrow access down to the parking spaces.

Overall a nice place to stay. The triple bed room was very tight though and we got the room on the 4th floor where it felt even more cramped. The shower definitely needs redesigning. Other than this, everything else was great. Franco at reception was very nice and shared good recommendations.
