We loved our stay in Zurich, the hotel is in a perfect spot and it is nice and clean and had AC. As well as a very nice and intimate breakfast.
I accidentally left an ipad in the room and the staff was so accommodating, helping me get it mailed home. I appreciate it very much.

Very friendly staff greeted me upon arrival and checked me in to my clean and comfortable room. Located in the heart of Old Town above a restaurant and down a cobblestone walk, this is a great option for a walkable stay (close to Kunsthaus and theatres). Breakfast was good, and the room was perfect for me as a solo traveler. Thank you!

Property is very conveniently located in the old town.. Staff is very nice and accommodating. Breakfast was included and it was very delicious. Expect a room in an old building, very simple but clean at a reasonable price. Suitable for short stays in my opinion. There are people walking around at night, making noise, but we were not bothered by it

Nice place to stay in old town. Quite walkable from the trains. The place was clean and people were friendly.
Cons: it’s really not a hotel, it’s Airbnb affiliated by the restaurant downstairs. There is no service desk

Not very accommodating I must say. Don't arrive early, they won't be happy with you, as if I can control the cruise ship bringing us to the city... There is no reception area, we were asked to leave our suitcases in the restaurant and go visit until check-in. Great location, some employees are friendly. After a 2 hour wait, we did get out room, probably because I was having an intense coughing fit (I got a cold on the cruise ship). Oh there are no English TV channels.

Room was as shown in pictures. Clean, no frills, great for an overnight stay. Convenient location and lots of dining options in the area. From Zurich airport take #10 tram to Central and walk 5 mins. Cobblestones streets so just be aware of that. Old town sites just a stones throw across the street by the river. I'd stay here again for short stay. Breakfast options were good. So close to Zurich HB (10 mins)

Property was in a good area. However it was inside a restaurant and they didn't want us to enter and exit through it. Instead through a back door that had a bunch of garbage and construction junk around it. Lacking power outlets in room especially since I have a medical condition that requires power near the bed. Asked for an extension cord but they never provided one. Breakfast was a typical European style and quite delicious. Staff were pleasant.

Wonderful little gem of a place. Had everything we needed in our comfortable and clean room. It’s in the heart of old town but the insulated windows and a/c kept the late night noise out. Fabulous location for walking to everything. Breakfast was a great layout of hot and cold treats…just what we needed to start the day exploring.
