Liked the simple design of the rooms. Shower was excellent. Front desk staff was lovely. They had a luggage closet to leave our bags as we went to the chocolate factory.

This was a great find a few minutes walk from the train station. My room was very clean and updated. I was worried there would be a lot of street noise but the windows blocked the vast majority of it. The free breakfast was really nice too! Oh how I hate American bread.

This was a convenient location close to the train station, Old Town and other sightseeing areas. The staff were really friendly and helpful with showing us the areas we wanted to go to on the map in English. The breakfast was tasty and satisfying and included a variety of meats, cheeses, yogurts, granola, breads, jams. We would stay there again.

Great location and really clean. What stood out was the welcome by the lady at the counter. I feel bad for not remembering but she was simply amazing. We were there for one night as it was the last leg of our trip but she was amazing and walked us to our room. The floor in our room was very squeaky as I’m sure comes with historical buildings. The room was very clean. I’d stay again.

Lovely hotel and wonderful friendly staff. Easy walk to the old town on both sides of the river, and only 5-10 minutes' walk to Bahnhofstrasse, with many shopping options. Room was large, with comfortable bed and sofa, good WiFi, good TV, fridge and tea/coffee making facilities. Far enough away from the bars and noise, but easy to walk everywhere.

We were extremely happy with our stay. Check in was easy and everything was ready when we arrived. The room and bathroom were very roomy. Everything was very clean and fresh. Also, the shower was large and walk-in, which was a nice feature. Breakfast was very nice, too.
It is within easy walking distance to the train station but follow the directions! The hotel is up a hill and you need to get up a ramp, otherwise there are steep stairs!
The front desk staff was extremely nice and helpful! Thanks!
