The staff was excellent recommended places to eat and things to do. They even had a free museum pass for an excellent Art museum.
The room was large, comfortable beds and had air conditioning. The breakfast was good, but I missed having bacon. There were 2 great coffee machines. We would definitely stay here again.

a/c did not work so it was super hot and we couldnt sleep well. had to open the windows, but it was so noisy because there is a major road just below the hotel. It's not a great location unless you are there for the Uni. Otherwise it is a hike to get to more interesting old town areas.

The staff were very helpful and friendly and we were grateful to be able to check in when we arrived early. They also stored our luggage and provided somewhere to shower and change before our late flight. The rooms felt new and clean and the beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was included and delicious. Location is very central, an easy walk from the train station. Would happily stay here again and recommend to others.

Cons: rooms were small; air conditioning was anemic and pre-set (could not adjust); expensive for what it was ($300/night for two).

Suzanne walked us to our room!
We were not able to take part in the free Zoo tickets but WOW!!!
All the staff were friendly, accommodating.
The breakfast had a great array of foods.
Sascha gave us a map to explore the area and recommended places to visit for dinner.
This IS the only place we will stay when we visit Zurich!!!

Staff were super accommodating. We arrived early and they quickly organised our room and while it was being cleaned provided us with a cup of tea and coffee. Breakfast was great and overall feel of the hotel is very friendly. Nice little beer garden for afternoon drinks.
