Although my wife and I had terrible problems getting to the hotel, but it was worth it for the amazing views we had once we got there. We arrived by train at Bubikon, and had hoped there would be a bus that would take us up to the hotel, but they only went half way. A taxi would have been very expensive, but, fortunately a very kind lady offered to drive us up to the hotel. The hotel was lovely. The staff were very kind, happy and helpful, and the food was superb. We only stayed one night but were very happy with our stay. We did get a taxi back down to the train station when we left, and were charged 56ch. We thought this was very expensive for a relatively short journey that took much longer than it should have. It felt like the driver was taking us around in circles. Thank you for providing us with a lovely time at your stunning hotel. Regards Tony and Karen Webb

The property was amazing! Incredible views, and the food was fantastic. We only stayed for one night but wish we could have stayed longer.

It is honestly the most beautiful place!!! My fiancé and I were blown away at the view, the amazing customer service, the delicious food at the onsight restaurant! Would definitely stay there again! Only draw back, which is still absolutely fine if you love walking, the nearest bus stop is about 1.4km away and the walk from there is all uphill. But is a beautiful walk, especially going dien in the mornings😊 Oh and we loved the rabbit theme and sldo the epic Oldtimers Car Meet! We stayed there at a perfect time!

The room itself wasn't that great but the staff specifically the old gentleman in the dining area was very awesome, understanding and generous. To be honest if we come back to this hotel it will be only because of how hospitable and welcoming he made us feel. Have to mention that the view was also fabulous.
