El hotel todo bien… pero la chica que me atendio 5:00 pm le pregunte por Haidiland para vistar me dijo que me cobraban 60 e y m pidio un taxi, yo crei que iba al lugar y ella le dijo al taxi que nos llevara a itri lugar a Christmas market dijeron que estaba cerca, no sabismos a donde ibamos, ese hombre nos cobro 100euros nos dejo ahi y dijo regresen en tren. Que personal es ese.

We enjoyed the proximity to the Zurich airport and the breakfast (not included) was a nice spread.
They do not offer a shuttle from the airport, but told us whey do offer shuttle return to airport. Unfortunately, they told us the day we were to leave that we needed to request the shuttle 24 hours in advance. That is not possible for a one night stay. No matter though, taxi is a short distance. Outside of breakfast and dinner, food options are limited and ther aren't any restaurants near.

The position is strategic. Easy to reach even by walk. However,
- the shuttle service is not offered by the hotel. The shuttle drivers ask for $20. The reception doesn't mention anything about payment of any fees.
- the WC was dirty and with only one toilette paper roll.
- the heating fan in the room was not working and the temperature could not be adjusted.
- the minibar is empty and it's precisely explained that it's a choice of the hotel. So, you can just keep your own food refrigerated.
- the staff is not very helpful
Conclusion: good just for one night before taking the flight

Front desk tells you to book through a third party website. When third party website glitches and books the wrong night, front desk and management are no help. Expedia is no help either. Both say it’s your fault. Ended up having to make another reservation through the front desk for almost double the price. Don’t stay here.

Stayed here for an overnight layover from airport, easy to walk to. Staff was very nice and it had a place to have dinner which was great since I didn’t know the area and they spoke many languages to help assist travelers which was very cool to see.

The staff were friendly in helping me to charge my iPhone due to my power adaptor issue. The breakfast was excellent with plenty of quality food. I also satisfied with cleaning bed sheets, warm blanket, and clean bathroom.

This is not too cheap hotel , 4 min drive from the airport.
The receptionist was unfriendly to the point of rude. There was a line to check in because they make everyone to fill several paper forms. The room is basic, bathroom is outdated, no bidet. The ad lists a complementary shuttle to the airport. The receptionist ensured that it goes every 15 min. However, in the morning we discovered that: first, we need a reservation to take a shuttle and second, it costs over 20$ per person. The bar and dinner facilities are substandard. Overall, I do not recommend this hotel. .

I thought it would be closer to the airport. The biggest problem was the bed. The least uncomfortable hotel bed I’ve ever stayed on. Covered with hard plastic and felt like sleeping on an army cot. Could do better for the price.
