The hotel is very convenient to Zurich HBF. One of the exits/entrances on Bahnhofstrasse is just around the corner. The room was relatively large and the bathroom (particularly the shower) excellent. The view from the rooftop terrace was a bit disappointing. (Not really much to see). The bar downstairs was very nice for an after dinner drink and the staff very friendly and professional. Check in and check out was efficient and friendly.

Check in was a bit awkward and the signage wasn’t the greatest to find the place. Once we got checked in, we were pleased with the room. It is in a very walkable, safe area with many choices for restaurants nearby.

Townhouse Boutique is in a great location if you are traveling by train. It is a super cute hotel with a great restaurant and bar. We loved the hotel itself but not our room. We were on the top floor(5th) in an attic type room with port hole type windows in the ceiling. I think this room must have been a last minute add on. We didn't see any of the other rooms but this room in particular was tiny and felt very claustrophobic.

Only stayed one night on the way to Milan via the Bernina Express. Great location near the train station. Lots of shopping and very good restaurants. Front desk was very friendly and welcoming.

Townhouse was wonderful. So convenient to the train station, old town and lots of restaurants and stores. I arrived really early the morning of my check in date and after a short wait, Julie was kind enough to upgrade me into a room that was ready. Her and the whole staff was super nice and accommodating. We loved the place so much, we returned on our way back out of town.

Hotel is not in the “old town”section as listed on Expedia-but in a nice shopping district- very adequate with extremely friendly and helpful staff. Around the block from the train station so if you’re looking for extra clean and convenient for excursions it’s a great choice !!

Excellent staff member. He was back after a 6 month break. Don’t remember his name. He went above and beyond. Hotel room was warm and if you open the window you just smell cigarettes from outside. Restaurant had slim offerings. Lots of things on the menu but not being made anymore. Room needed a good painting. Felt more like being at someone’s house and not a hotel but it is a boutique.

The location was excellent as it is just a few minutes walk from Zurich station. The room was small, didn't have a fridge but at least bed is comfortable.
