Perfect hotel to stay at! Hands down the best hotel I have stayed at

Wonderful little hotel with outstandingly friendly service. The front desk staff went out of their way to be accommodating and helpful. The hotels is within walking distance of restaurants, attractions, and the MRT metro. Rooms are super clean and spacious. Great value for the money and a true find in the heart of Taipei.

Good size room and relatively new

Very nice hotel the staff were very friendly and responsive to any request asked of them. The breakfast was excellent good variety of food each morning. We were on level 11 house keeping was very good. We happily recommend the Ambience hotel and their professional staff. Great location to all the best sights Denis from Sydney nsw

Walking distance to Feng jia shopping district. Room is clean and comfortable. Front desk staff is very helpful

Amazing service! It is a bit of a walk to the nearest MRT station and the beds could be a touch softer, but otherwise excellent everything. Breakfast options varied with some constant and others changing daily, for example same congee, scrambled eggs and salad offfering every day but different broth soup and “entree” type dishes every day. Lots of restaurant options around hotel. Highly recommended if distance away from an MRT (about a 10 minute walk) is not a dealbreaker.

I can’t say enough about what a pleasure it was. EVERYONE was very helpful and cheerful. The breakfast buffet varied with a few constants, like the nicely done scrambled eggs. It was my second stay, and if I have a chance, I’ll gladly stay for a third time.

The staff are friendly, helpful, and efficient. The bed is comfortable. The bathroom is clean.

Comfortable, spacious and clean! Staff were very friendly and nice as well. Breakfast was good, with the coffee machine operating all day (exactly what I needed). Location was accessible, very near to the bus stop, however bus intervals could be pretty long so do make sure to check the bus timings!

I had a room with windows in two directions. Lovely. The breakfasts were very good and there was free coffee, tea, juice and treats in the afternoon. The staff was very attentive.

This is a boutique hotel. Room is good size and clean with basic utilities. They have complimentary breakfast, drinks and simple dinner. Staff is extraordinary. They could remember my needs and trips and check with me about the trip when i went back to hotel. Also, you could contact them before the trip for any arrangement

We would suggest to get a day pass to roam the city. There is lot of free snacks provided with the stay. Breakfast was good. Being a Expedia gold member I was given only 1 hr extra for check out and was not offered any room upgrade.

The front office staff as well as the lounge staff were very friendly and helpful. Mei the receptionist was an absolutely lovely person who helped with places to visit, the route to travel, train and bus options, called us a cab, etc.

Staff was excellent and so helpful. Cate and Lynn helped us with so many ideas for sightseeing and made several phone calls to check on hours and prices for us. I highly recommend this hotel. Everyone was so helpful. The breakfast , and coffee machine and afternoon snacks were delicious

Pros: very good service, clean rooms, and equipped with good facilities. I requested a room on higher floors and they were able to provide it. It provides free breakfast and the dishes were different every day. There are plenty of convenience stores nearby. Cons: transportation wise it is quite inconvenient, as it is a 15-minute walk from any nearby metro stations. The bus routes nearby are also not frequent, but it is quite close to Taipei Main Station so it's quite easy to get to and from the airport or other cities. The soundproof is quite bad as we often hear noises from the drains/pipe from the room upstairs at night. I would recommend staying here as it offers great service and the room is of decent quality, while the price is relatively lower than other hotels in central Taipei. However, you may need to be prepared to take more bus rides/taxi rides.
