At Home Hotel Ximen

Nice, clean hotel, great location, great staff.

Perfect location for shopping and restaurants! The hotel was also very quiet even though it is in a busy area and it was very clean. Great customer service at the front desk and on the Line app (used for check in and hotel contact). Free water, snacks and laundry on 2nd floor. I would highly recommend this hotel and would stay here again!

Overall, the hotel is very clean and in a great location. The location is steps from bustling streets, <10 minutes to the MRT, and felt very safe (as did all of Taipei). The rooms are as advertised in terms of design and condition. I'm taking off 1 star because I was surprised by the following: - The hotel only does free room cleanings 1x/3days. You can get an additional room cleaning for an extra charge (1000 NTD if I remember correctly). Alternatively, the front desk can direct you to where you can pick up clean towels and throw out your trash yourself. - The hallways and elevator are dimly lit. Thankfully, the area feels

This is a very well managed property. The entrance is a little hard to find and you think you’re in a shady area walking down the little alley, but you feel like you’re in a different world once you enter. Staff are friendly and polite. My room on 8th floor was clean and spacious with a balcony. The close proximity to ximending makes shopping, eating, and night life very convenient. Metro station is about 10 minutes walk. I recommend it.

I booked this hotel a day before our trip We booked 2 rooms for 5 days. The hotel location is amazing and accessible to the shops and restaurants. They also have an unlimited snacks, coffee, juices and water. It was perfect for us except they have limited toiletries and the cleaning is only every 3 days(with advance request) So they only cleaned our room once in our 5 day stay. Anyway, besides that comment all I can say it was great stay @ At Home Hotel

We recently stayed at At Home Hotel for three nights and found it to be an incredibly convenient choice for exploring Taipei. Its central location is a major highlight, as it’s close to many of the city’s key attractions and amenities. The hotel’s proximity to the MRT and the main railway station, which provides easy access to southern Taiwan, was particularly impressive and made our travels seamless. The room is nice and clean, just love how they keep the room spotless. The check-in process was highly efficient, though it’s worth noting that you’ll need to have the LINE app set up before arrival, as everything is managed through the app. While this digital approach adds to the hotel’s modern and streamlined experience, it’s something to prepare for in advance to ensure a smooth check-in. One standout feature of the hotel is its emphasis on privacy, with a strict no-guests policy. While this could be inconvenient for those expecting visitors, it wasn’t an issue for us, as there are plenty of cozy cafes and meeting spots nearby. Overall, At Home Hotel offers a comfortable and well-located stay with a focus on efficiency and privacy, making it an excellent choice for travelers looking to explore Taipei with ease.

Reception service is helpful. Really appreciate the staff who helped get me medication as I was sick and too weak to walk to Pharmacy to get. Thank you for making my stay a very pleasant one.

Staff are extremely welcoming and eager to help with every enquiry. Unlimited supply of snacks drinks and water in the lounging area on the second floor. Would stay again, highly recommended

Loved our stay here! Super sweet and accommodating staff and excellent location!

The service was as good as it possibly could, the staff was friendly and took notes of my personal requests. The room was a little compact but really good quality for the price. I love the bed especially. The drawback is the extremely strong smell of bleach as soon as I walked in the room. It was so strong I wasn’t sure if it was safe to stay in the room. I was too tired to make a complaint as I just flew half the earth and really needed a good sleep.

Location is good if you want to go to the Ximending night market, but don’t believe all the reviews you see. They allow a slighter later check out to guests (12 noon instead of 11 am) on the condition that you give them the highest rating (5 stars or 10 stars).

At Home Hotel Ximen was not only located in a very convenient area-walkable to many restaurants, convenience stores, and Ximending but the staff was phenomenal. The first night we arrived, it was already 11PM but my husband and I had not eaten dinner yet. The front desk staff not only recommended a local restaurant with delicious food but walked us to the restaurant and ordered for us. Such an amazing experience, answered our questions quickly. Would stay again next time we come to visit.

Great location very comfortable bed. Location is heart of the city. Will definitely come back to this hotel if I am ever back.

the property is very walkable to the ximending area, , the thing is the hallways going to room is so dark and unfortunately i dropped my hotel key card and i have to pay , even i ask for consideration , imagined they were asking me to pay almost US 100 , i’ve been to different hotels around the world and never i experienced this , and they didn’t tell me about that when i check in

Very nice place near to the main area still in rather quiet street, walkable distance to Ximen and to main transportation options, lot of dining options around, very friendly staff, during my stay wi-fi was on rather weaker side....
