Burgary Hotel

Room was very different from the pictures. Would not recommend friends or family to stay here. Had very bad vibes the 2 nights i stayed there.

The property is very old and have a weird smell upon entrance and bedroom is very old

The hotel stuff and services are very nice and friendly. The room AC has heating function that was very good for the cold days! The room furniture appeared simple and cheap. The shower door can't seal the water from leaking out. The location is perfect for stepping into the Ximen shopping areas and bus/train stations.

The check in staff were all very friendly, nice and professional. Good location, good water pressure and hot water. The bathroom had bad to little lighting and no mirror. The only mirror was a small.mirror in the coffee cubby. Only 1 electrical outlet. The shower was an open shower that got the entire bathroom wet when taking a shower.

Excellent location, staff is helpful and approachable! The only issue we have is, there are only 2 power sockets in the room, and both are not located appropriately.

Quiet corner , sleep in peace , so happen lift out of order for hours .. affect the inconvenience especially for elderly , staff will try their best if u need help

Great location. Dated facilities. Requested for late check out but was informed that it will be charged by the system automatically. Given the state of the rooms and the price, there are better options in the area that can provide simple things like late checkout.

Really depends on which room you get. However, good hotel and great location!

Great location

Staff were very friendly, but the condition of the hotel is quite poor. Electrical sockets were in places that were unusable Closet was inside the bathroom. Some of the lights was not possible to turn off. But worst of all, the cockroach I complained about immediately after check in, was never cleaned. I ended up checking out early and moving to another hotel.

brought my hairdry along this trip but the voltage doesnt support it. Only have one plug so please take note. Will only recommend if you are a young couple. Staff are all very friendly and nice. Its value for money

My 2nd time staying in this hotel. The location is great conveniently located near xmd exit 1. The first time I stayed the hotel was still quite new and sadly this time was a little disappointed with the toilet is abit dirt

Friendly Counter staffs, near public transport stations

Location is very ideal, very near to Ximen station exit 1. Room is pretty big but a few points to note: 1. After room service, the floor is not vacuum; bedsheet are not changed based on our observation. But hotel in room food and drinks given for free very nice gesture. 2. Bath room tub is pretty small for standard room. The standing shower area is small and there is no shower screen or door therefore all water will spill outside of the shower area. Suggest to have shower screen or door. 3. Free breakfast is nice but should have more options for long stayers or give vouchers to nearby cafe. 4. Room cards are given back to hotel staff but upon collecting when return back to hotel, not much verification was done before collecting the room card hence worried for the security and safety of our items in room. But after 3-4th day hotel reception manage to recognize our face and have room card without verification. Suggest to do more verification before giving room card. 5. Very Friendly Front Desk Staff. Very accommodating when arranging for courier delivery.
