Good budget choice near river.

I went to a music festival amd the hotel was close to the festival. The hotel was ok, what it was bad is thst i paid for a room with a view and got a toom without windows because they said they were full, but then why sell a room with a view if they don't have it available...

My first hotel stay that rejected our request when we needed help for food delivery service as they only accepts local number. Upon arrival, the receptionist was rude as well. Probably not going to return.

We all love this hotel. It’s nice designed, clean and staffs are very nice.

This hotel claims to have smoke-free rooms however other guests will smoke in their room and it will come into your room or in the hallway and is just very disgusting especially you if you have smoke allergies and Asthma. Do not stay at this hotel. Also do not stay at this hotel if you're highly sensitive to noise because you can hear your neighbors come and go at all hours of the day and night. The hotel did try to accommodate me by putting me in a different room but again this doesn't prevent other people around you from smoking are making loud noises. Also there is hair from yes everywhere on the floor in the bed on the chair by the desk. It's a great location right next to the love River but for me that's where it ends and because I got the hotel on a deal if I want to cancel I lose out on all my money and I'm not guaranteed to get a better hotel somewhere else for the same price.

Compact size for deluxe double room. Had to adjust the orientation of 2 luggages to make space for walking. Limited choice for breakfast. Was surprised to know that pets are allowed to stay in the hotel. Plus point is it's just beside the Love River, but not near to the train station. Will not recommend for long stay, OK if just require a place to sleep overnight.

Great hotel with cheap price

There are plenty of eateries along the road. It is about 15 mins walk to the KMRT station. Or 250m to bus 88 that takes you to Kaohsiung train station, from which we boarded the KMRT. We used that route to get to the airport.

The room is acceptable clean but sound proof is not good and can hear other room's noise. Breakfast is provided even for such low budget hotel and is acceptable. Overall comment - you paid what you get.

Small but clean rooms. The location is near love river and the hotel provide FOC bicycle rental for guests, which is interesting. The view from the Restaurant on the 11th floor is fantastic!

I thought it looked decent in the photos but it looks like a cheap and tacky love motel in real life. From the furniture to the bed sheets and bathroom. I initially made two bookings. One for 3/18-3/24 and then 3/25-4/3. Originally, I wasn’t able to stay for the second booking because I had to leave earlier than expected so I asked them whether it was possible for me to cancel the non-refundable room. Since the first night, they told me they would have to ask the manager first and would get back to us. They didn’t get back to us until the 22nd. Okay, totally understand your “hotel” policy but what I can’t understand is how you can’t get a hold of your manager for 4 whole days?? However, plans changed again, and I am able to stay in Kaohsiung longer. But am I going to? No. I rather waste my $300 than stay here for another 9 nights because .. The “deluxe double room” (Room 806) I booked was so small that I had to switch to a bigger room (Room 801) which cost double the amount. The guy who helped me showed me 3 other rooms and they were all just as bad but I settled with the bigger room. One of the rooms he showed me, 901, smelled like medicine. With a $65/night price tag, I can easily book a 4 star hotel (which I would have if I didn’t book last minute). The family room I got is supposedly meant for 4 but I can’t ever imagine how a room that small can fit 4. The bathroom

We stayed there because the hotel was close to the airport and offered a shuttle. It was very clean and the staff were helpful and there was always an English speaker on duty. We were pleasantly surprised by the quality/variety of items available at breakfast. The hotel was a great value for the price. I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.

Cosy, affordable and Efficient Hotel that is near to Kaohsiung's Yanchengpu Station, convenience stores, food stalls and some attractions such as the museum, Pier 2 and Lover River. Highly Recommended

The location is great, not in the busy area but close to everything. Hotel's free bicycle was fun at night for alone the Love River tour.

A nice hotel in great conditions and location. the dining room has a nice view of the river and the breakfast was great. I'd have given it four stars if not for the smoke smell in the room.

The stay was great, staff are friendly. Room is spacious and comfortable. The bed is comfortable. Nice view over the Love River. Location is good for enjoying local food. Trendy design. Surprise to have transfer from subway station. Minibar is included although I didn't consume it. However, the sound proof is not so good that I heard people speaking in the corridor. This is a bit annoying in the morning. Shower cube had some stains. Overall the stay was great!
