Shania one of the receptionists spoke excellent English helped us settle in and gave us any advice we needed. Great country, great people. Hotel has 3pm check in nothing earlier.

Great trip from start to finish. Quick and easy check in, all of the staff were nice and friendly and spoke English. The room was super clean and the bed was big + comfy.
I forgot to bring toiletries and thankfully the hotel provided some (toothbrush+toothpaste, soap, towels, house slippers, etc.) Front door is locked after hours and staff has to let you in which is nice for security but would suck if they aren't paying attention haha. I think you are suppose to use your room key to get in on your own but I didn't figure it out since they let me in once they saw me.
Location was convient, close to bus stops so was very easy to go sightseeing. Will be booking again in the future!

ホテルの方はみなさんとても親切でレストランの予約もしてくれました。立地もいいところで便利でした。
ただ、隣の部屋のシャワーの音なのか、時々工事中みたいな音が夜でもなっていてうるさかった。トイレのティッシュは流せません。

The staff and the location are outstanding. The only reason I would hesitate to stay at CHECK Inn Express Taipei Station is the size of the room. The rooms are small with no place to place a suitcase.

台北駅が広いため、出口に辿り着くまでに時間がかかりました。(地下街のY17出口が近いようです。)
同じ系列のホテルが沢山あるので要注意です。
ホテルの部屋は綺麗で機能的でしたが、暖房がないため夜は寒かったです。

Good basic hotel, way larger room than in Taipei in general. Also big plus for bathroom privacy, as it had a proper door (instead of the glass ones majority of hotels in Taipei had). Note worthy that the soundproofing was fairly poor, and sounds like water running were pretty constant and loud throughout the night. Will need earplugs. Also the curtains were broken, so despite the room having windows (again unlike majority of hotels in Taipei) we could not enjoy the outside view. Bathroom was nice and clean, seemed fairly freshly renovated. Note worthy that there is a hotel 20min walk away with almost exactly the same name, so need to double check when navigating!

服務人員態度很好~
但飯店硬體有不少可以改善的地方~
1. 淋浴間缺少可以放香皂或眼鏡的小平台
2. 馬桶坐墊已經鬆掉，坐起來會歪一邊。且蓋子沒有阻尼，不小心就會造成巨大聲響。
其他像管線噪音問題就很難解決了QQ
但整體上還是推薦大家來住~

床好睡，但是隔音真的超級差，隔壁洗澡那個管路水聲真的有夠大的，超大聲！地上也沒有掃得很乾淨，都看得到別人的頭髮，且淋浴間內連個放沐浴乳洗髮精的小平台都沒有
