The staff and amenities at the Cho Hotel stand out. Located in the busy district of Ximen, the hotel is beautifully decorated with plenty of vintage old school charm, there's free snacks and ramen in the lounge and the staff are super helpful with tips and recommendations. The rooms are not particularly big but that's to be expected in a hotel in the middle of the Taipei. Nevertheless, they were modern, clean, and the bathroom/shower was easily as big as the rest of the room! Really enjoyed our stay here, convenient to food options, attractions and public transportation. Lovely stay.

The location was super convenient, leading to the heart of ximending within a couple of minutes walking. Staff were lovely upon check in and the minibar with free noodles and free snacks was a cherry on top to rest and eat after a long day of exploring. Highly recommend this hotel if you are wanting to stay in a convenient location in Taipei!

Service was kind and they offer free snacks, instant noodles, and sodas/teas/juices. That was great. The room was very clean/tidy overall, but they have a severe humidity and mold problem. There was a dehumidifier in the room on our arrival and it collected several liters each day. Despite this and running the AC, the room felt more humid than outside, and there was a black mold growing on all walls of the room, pipe insulation, and in caulk lines and between tiles of the bathroom. Due to the mold, we would not return.

Its very near ximending..just a 5 to 7 min walking distance..They also got provide service of transport However,during mynlast booking to the airport..the driver seem not happy..He do not want any of us to seat in front seat.I got 1 elderly and 2 young kids..When reach airport..he help to open do then thats it..might as well he seat in his car..I was trap at the back of the seat.Need to wait all to alight then i can come out..hai..
