Convenient location, near to train station. Big shopping center nearby.

It's simple,family friendly environment, clean, safe, accessible to local shops. Would like to say thank you to the gentelman staff who welcome us on our arrival to the hotel last 22nd of May at 9:00 and he was the one on duty when we left the click Hotel taipei main branch around 7pm. He was great as well as all the staff working in your hotel Thank you for making our "mother and son holiday" in Taipei a great experience.

This hotel is fine. It's not great. I was there for 5 days and and the dryer was only operational for 1. The wifi was terrible. If you need to do work in your room you were lucky to get 10 minutes of connectivity. The lobby internet was better. The location is the best thing about it. Very close to the main train station.

Rooms rather small with lack of storage space. Unable to dispose of toilet paper into WC is unacceptable. Lounge area at the lobby was a plus with free croissant breakfast and cup noodles for supper. The reception staff were average with exception of Eric!! He responded to my queries before my arrival promptly and managed to help us book dinner at a famous taiwanese cuisine restaurant.

Location was very good! Just a few mins walk from Taipei Main station which is linked to all the main transports (HSR, Airport train & buses). Downstairs is the underground malls, plenty of food options around, walkable to XMD as well! Only slight imperfection is the location of one powerpoint that's in the way of the pillow (if u use that powerpoint, u will keep hitting your head with it). My teenagers loved that they can redeemed free cup noodles from 9pm-12mn! Loved it!

Generally friendly and helpful staff. Not a lot of space in the room, but the beds are comfortable and hotel location is super convenient. My 4yo and 8yo kids enjoyed the kid play space in the common area. Snacks and drinks and coffee were nice amenities.

Hotel interior is okay, clean and comfortable. Outer look of the building looks pretty run down. Room service cleaning, they only will change away towel and floor towel, they will not make your bed for you. Overall okay. Staffs are friendly.

Next door kids crying , a bit noisy

They were kind and assisted us on contacting my mother’s friend in Taiwan via their phone. The rooms were comfy and clean! The drinks and snacks were excellent!

The service was good, really enjoyed all the drinks and amenities provided in the lobby area. I also found the location very convenient for the MRT to Taoyuan and other attractions in the city. The main issue is the soundproofing of the rooms. I could hear everything that was discussed the next room over, and they were not speaking very loudly. This caused it very difficult to fall asleep and I had to use noise canceling headphones. I would not recommend this property for that reason.

I stayed in Click Hotel near Taipei main station for 10 days, really enjoyed the cleanliness, friendly staff, safe & convenience of the hotel. I highly recommend Click Hotel.

The walls were paper-thin. Otherwise it was a fantastic place to stay.

The hotel is situated very near the MRT tunnel. They do not have breakfast but they do have ordering of breakfast service. However on one night before the checkout, we requested for a late checkout as our flight is late night. We asked for 2 hours and they had only gave us 1 hour despite wanting to pay more. But this was not allowed. Any way. There is no room service at all. They only provide to clear the rubbish. The effort to go green is one thing. But come on, for our room, they did not vacuum, they didn't even make an effort to make up the bed. The towels are also not changed. I think this hotel really need to rethink their go green policy. Another gripe was the Aircon duct. It is filthy. Dust particles are flying around and landed on the bed. And yet they do not vacuum the floor. The dust are also at all the cornices. The rooms are new. However things inside are also kinda annoying. The mini fridge is god damn noisy. We thought we could turn it off, nope. The alarm buzzed off if we tried to do so. The bathroom door was not able to close. The side table drawers was purposely screwed in to prevent people from using. Overall. I feel that as a customer experience, it is not good. It needs more improvement.

I was very pleasantly surprised by how nice the hotel was. The bed was comfy, the rooms were nice, there's lots of thoughtful touches, and there's even a deep tub in the large bathroom. The only minus is the thin walls: I could hear a man yelling at his crying child next door; and they kept the TV playing all night and into the early morning.

Location was great, close to main stations! Drinks and snacks service throughout the day at the reception. The building where it is in looks rundown. The walls and doors of the room are thin or not sound proof so you can hear people at corridor or room next door.
