入住時辦公室有點難找，找到後就很順利。共住3天，但早上連續兩天被清掃人員打擾。櫃檯說11點後會來，但第一天10:30來，第二天竟然9點就敲門，還在稅後10點又來一次。大概是承包商想做完快回家。 不過辦公室回應很迅速，傳訊後不久就來道歉，晚一點大概是老闆還打電話來說退費一些… 今天退房拿到嚇一跳… 還挺豐厚的退款… 住宿環境還不錯，舊一點但乾淨… 在大樓中所以挺安全… 附近百貨中走路就可以到，樓下有全家… 下次還會來住這間

This place needs urgent fumigation. I killed 10 cockroaches . A bit of maintenance would help.The screen door just fell off.

Worthy price and amazing room

Apartment and studio room types. Located in an old building, not for the fussy but well kept. Amenities and toiletries provided.

too old, there is no cleaning service, the pictures that they show in expedia dosent belong to the hotel, there is no signs of how to get to the hotel.

Apartment being operated by Housing Management Body. Having hard time finding the unit even only few minutes walk from nearest train station. Studio unit apartment that being modified into 2 Bedrooms. Not suitable for more than 2 people as only 1 common bathroom toilet is available. No space for storing own stuff as Owner made all cabinets and fixtures for their own storage. not more than a Store Room instead claimed as 3 Stars Apartment!! Freezer Compartment of the Refrigerator being full loaded with sticking smell meat product! Beware of fake advertisement for this apartment.

Hotel is nice but toilet needs to improve with a butt spray since its unable to throw tissues into toilet bowl.

The view from the 28th floor at night is good. During the day the view is mostly the building under construction across the street. Not many restaurants or night life nearby. The bathroom is too small, and the plastic portable bath tub is too small to use, and too big to avoid when taking a shower. If you shower, the water runs past the sink and toilet, so you have a wet floor all the time.

Walking distance within 2 to 10 mins between Sanduo, 85 Sky Tower, Lovss, Sanduo Soho and Night Market. Metro station is just 2 mins away and 2 Family Mart is just downstairs. Every good location.

As this is a non-serviced apartment beside someone comes to pick-up the rubbish daily, we found baby roaches in the hall when we return at night. One of the aircon actually 'ice-up' on one of the night in the master bedroom!! Given a choice, I will probably not return to the same apartment again.

Ok, good value, close to nanwan, we we here off season on a monday so it was very quiet. There is a bar next door so it might be noisy during the party season

The check in and check out was easy. The check in window can be hard to find at first.

Avoid high floor as the lift is very slow and there wasn't any much city view at the top. Overall, it was a pleasant and comfortable stay!

2 nights stay in this hotel is pleasantly good. There is washing machine available and a microwave oven but, the oven is pretty dirty and we dare not use. Other than that, everything is fine. Despite these is house keeping everyday but doubt they sweep the floor as the same plastic rubbish on the floor remains. LOLS. Nevertheless, this is an affordable and good hotel as compared to the one in Kenting (Formost Hotel - one of the worst nightmare). The staffs are nice and friendly with good service.

Room is comfortable and spacious. WiFi good. Close to MRT and shopping centres. But hotel, no easy to find, no signboard. Happen to find by asking around and met someone related to the apartment. Cumin Island only place worth visiting if you like seafood. Don't waste your time to Lotus Pond unless you like visiting temples. Areena shopping n night market worth visiting. Use MRT to move around

i and my friend stay in a room at level 34. The view is amazing. we can see the city view and the sunset of Kaoshiung at Ai He Qiao. the room overall is tidy and clean. very comfortable for stay. the staff are very friendly and explain everything to tourist who first time visit Taiwan/Kaoshiung.

They came and fixed the WiFi at midnight. Otherwise good location and clean.

Great City and River View but the reception service is not very good.

This apartment has 3-star rating but it seems this rating in taiwan or asia is a lower standard of rating compare to europe 3-star hotel ratings. It is not clean & the whole place has many worn out edges, wear & tear, not well cleaned & not well maintain decorations eg a big broken vase as part of the whole place decoration. Most reviews praised this apartment too well, too good. Probably they were given better apartments than mine. Though the apartment decoration may appeal to most ladies but not guys. It may be too girlish. There are 3 of us staying there for 5 days but very often the complimentary toothbrushes, shower caps & other stuff are only for 2 person. When I book this apartment, it stated microwave as part of the facilities but it was not there. I have to request from the reception staff, then an old microwave was sent to my apartment. I also requested for 2 more blankets but only one was given to me. It stated premium beddings in this apartment description but it is actually old thick cartoon printed blankets. The reception staff are ok. Overall, it is cheap rent but one can't be fussy & have to bear with the old, wear & tear, not maintained, not well cleaned & worn out edges of the whole apartment.
