Enjoyed this hotel and friendly staff. Even provided a free shuttle service to the Museam!!! Clean, excellent location, on the 11 th floor of a highrise multiuse building

M a single female from Singapore. I find the security of tis hotel safe.. Staff were extremely friendly n helpful. The smell of ciggerate in the lift is the only turn off.. Man guarding the lifts doesn't bother me n even pressed the lift for me knowing m a guest on the 11 th floor ! Was upgraded to the deluxe room upon checked in... What a wonderful thing! Can even see Taipei 101 for the rooms full wall window! I will definitely go back to tis hotel . But maybe not suitable for family with kids cos the lift smell. MRT station exit 2 is jus few steps from the main entrance!

The "Business Room" picture with panoramic window is highly misleading. There is NO room with that view. The room is very small and is located in a commercial building with 2 hostess bars and 1 night club in the building which have loud music until 1-2 am every night. Service staff are the only good thing to this hotel, they are courteous and professional, and provide lots of assistance. But the hotel itself is not worth staying.

Uncomfortable bed, bathtub couldn’t be used (apparently because of Covid) breakfast was not available (apparently because of Covid) business center was non existent. The WiFi worked and the air conditioning was on full blast, although the weather outside was cold and rainy. Location was good. Front desk staff was friendly.

cheap hotel in daan district, clean, near mrt.
CONS: i booked a business double room with window, however the non- window room was given to us. The receptionist said there are business double rooms without window, unfornately they are fully booked for the week so they can not tranfer us. if i could remember, it is always specified in hotels.com booking process if the room you are reserving is with or without a window and it usually comes cheaper.... had we known this would happen, we could have cancelled our bookings.

Supposed to have a room with windows, but, sorry, no room with window for me when I checked in. Things, however, got worse from that point on. Got into one room, which had cracked floor. So I requested for another, which, after I settled in, had foul odor from the carpet area near the bathroom due to leak from bath tub. Air conditioning was not strong enough to tame the sudden Indian summer days in November. Overall a sub-par hotel. Stay away.

The hotel is very conveniently located right outside an MRT station, in the heart of the city. That was the plus point. Room was ok. The undersides of the furniture were extremely dirty. There was a lot of dust, like it hasn't been cleaned in a long time. Staff however, are very friendly and helpful, albeit not proficiently bilingual.

First of all, great staff..... but everything else? Where do I even begin.....
Rooms are old, moldy, tiles in the bathrooms were missing... dust in AC and wallpaper half digested by mold and fungi. White chair cushions had brown stains on both sides..... Did I mention mold everywhere? Breakfast area was dirty too, had to change 2 bowls before finding a clean one. Serious health concerns.
Had to complain to the manager and talk him into letting me check out early (was going to staying there for 2 weeks). I am no clean freak and my own room is pretty horrid.... never thought I'd see a hotel room worse than my room.
