The area where the hotel is a good place because there are malls with food courts nearby and the train and high speed rail is close by. You can walk to the train station without having to walk outside for too long. We had a restful sleep and we were very pleased with our room and our stay.

Bathroom had bad smell, we had to leave the window opened during our stay. Also because there was no separate shower screen or curtain, bathroom floor was wet all the time. Staff were not that friendly.

This hotel is Amazing! They provide breakfast and dinner that absolutely awesome! and the price is very affordable with that spring hot tub and beautiful view!!! I highly recommend to everyone who wanna relax and enjoy nature! This place is a must to come !

Close to Wulai old street, easy access to public transportation. Private hot spring bath in the room. Room included dinner for 4 with lovely hot pots, a la carts menu available too. Friendly staff and services.

You can't beat having a private hot tub overlooking greenery outside. There are also public baths, men and women separate. The hotel is a little funky but comfortable and with pleasant service and good food - hot pot for dinner in your choice of beef, pork, chicken or mushroom (which was great btw). Easy walk to the little train to the waterfall (or walk), with shops run by local tribe. Staff arranged a taxi to airport for 1800 NTD, takes an hour

The service was pretty unfriendly at first during check-in - no smile, a bit rude even. This left a bad first impression but the service was much better during the other times and the ladies in the front were very actually nice by checkout. The hotel is a bit older so the condition and cleanliness is not the greatest like that of newer hotels so that is understandable. Most importantly, my stay was still very comfortable and relaxing. I enjoyed my time here and would consider going back again.
